Deaf studies in the heart of Siena, Italy. Join us for a 3 week study abroad program for deaf & signers or our summer professionals & graduate students program in June 2026!

PROGRAM COURSES
– Italian Sign Language (LIS): 45 hrs
– Italian Deaf Culture & History: 30 hrs
– Italian Language: 15 hrs

📑Requirements: ASL IV or equivalent. Good academic standing

📍APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 31st 2026

Exploring with our students, we learn from the past and the masters—each step uncovering lessons carved in stone. They had the pleasure of visiting Master Frati’s studio, a master stone carver and artist whose work continues to inspire future generations while preserving the techniques and mastery of the past.
