🎓 Graduation Day for the 36th edition of the MBA in International Business.

At Palazzo Ferdinandeo, 27 graduates from 14 countries celebrated the completion of an intense year at MIB.

More than thirty years after graduating from the second edition of the MBA, Roberta Marracino, Head of Talent at Accenture Italy and Greece, returned to MIB as keynote speaker with a message that speaks directly to the world our graduates are entering.

As generative AI dramatically lowers the cost of information, the value of applied human intelligence increases: critical judgement, experience, the ability to read a room and navigate complex human relationships matter more than ever.

A meaningful milestone for the MBA 36 Class — and one we were proud to celebrate together.

Visione di lungo periodo, sostenibilità e attenzione alle persone: sono alcune delle priorità emerse dalla ricerca sulla leadership femminile nelle imprese del vino, presentata a MIB Trieste durante il Leadership Lab.
Tra le 152 professioniste coinvolte, oltre l’80% dichiara una visione strategica di lungo periodo, più del 75% considera la sostenibilità ambientale una priorità e il 78% indica la retention dei talenti tra le priorità strategiche.
Realizzata da MIB Trieste in collaborazione con l’Associazione Nazionale Le Donne del Vino, la ricerca è stata il punto di partenza del confronto con Gabriella Iacono, Cristina Mercuri MW e Gabriella Vettoretti, tra ricerca, formazione ed esperienza d’impresa.

Il 28 settembre a MIB Trieste ne parleremo partendo da un punto di vista preciso: il ruolo della leadership femminile nell’evoluzione delle imprese vitivinicole italiane.

Un tema che riguarda non solo chi guida le aziende, ma anche il modo in cui cambiano: come si valorizzano le competenze, come si condividono responsabilità e decisioni, come si affronta una realtà sempre più complessa.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲’𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿

Two days in Trieste brought together policymakers, institutional representatives, academics and young people to discuss the European integration of the Western Balkans and the future of South East Europe.

The SEE Observatory 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 & 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 welcomed high-level guests including Antonio Tajani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy, and Ervin Ibrahimović, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro.

At the centre of the two days were also 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 and their ideas for stronger connections and dialogue.

As a 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 of the SEE Observatory, MIB Trieste contributes by creating concrete opportunities for the next generation.

Negli ultimi mesi dell’𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗕𝗔, le idee entrano nella fase più concreta del project work e prendono forma in veri progetti imprenditoriali.

Quest’anno entra aipermind: una piattaforma con approccio neuro-simbolico che applica metodi e framework di innovazione per 𝘀𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲 𝗮 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶 𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁.

I team EMBA partono da un problema, sviluppano un’idea, analizzano il mercato, definiscono value proposition e business model e arrivano anche alla costruzione di un possibile piano economico-finanziario.

AIpermind affianca i partecipanti e permette loro di creare 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗶 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 e di utilizzarli per realizzare interviste strutturate, con l’obiettivo di ottenere una validazione del mercato, della soluzione individuata o del modello di business.

Le evidenze raccolte diventano così parte del lavoro sui progetti, consentendo di approfondire, discutere e rivedere le ipotesi sviluppate.

Qui sta anche il valore dell’Executive MBA: non limitarsi a trasferire strumenti e framework, ma creare occasioni in cui allenare il giudizio manageriale su decisioni e ipotesi, minimizzando i rischi.

A novembre, i progetti torneranno in aula per la discussione finale.
