Our 2026 interns are wrapping up their time with us, and we couldn’t be prouder of this cohort! 🎓

At the International Training Centre of the ILO, internships are hands-on. Our interns don’t watch from the sidelines: they join our teams, contribute to real projects and help shape the learning activities we deliver to participants from around the world. Our internships are also paid, because we believe fair opportunities start with fair conditions.

Every day on our campus in Turin, participants, experts and colleagues from every region come and go. Our interns are part of that energy. They join events, meet people from different backgrounds and build a truly international network along the way.

Looking back at 4 intense days at the UN Turin Campus, we went from deep-dive sessions on Day 1 to hands-on prototypes and the final Gallery Walk on Day 4.

The event has wrapped up, but the partnerships and practical outputs developed in Turin are just getting started.

How are Palestinian diplomats adapting to today’s changing world? 🌐

25 early- and mid-career officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine (MOFA) recently gathered for the Diplomacy for Development programme, organized by the ITCILO in partnership with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI).

Through negotiation simulations, high-level visits, and meaningful peer exchanges, participants improved their ability to navigate complex global challenges.
