Si è svolta presso la Termiz State University, in Uzbekistan 🇺🇿, la seconda conferenza pubblica internazionale del progetto 𝘙𝘌𝘝𝘌𝘈𝘓 – 𝘙𝘪𝘤𝘌𝘳𝘤𝘢 𝘦 𝘝𝘈𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘌𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘰 𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘰 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘭’𝘈𝘭𝘵𝘰 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘢 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘢 𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘢 𝘦 𝘭𝘰 𝘴𝘷𝘪𝘓𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰 𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘰 🏛️🌿
Il progetto, coordinato dall’Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, finanziato dall’Italia attraverso 🇮🇹 e sviluppato in stretta collaborazione con la DGA – Direzione Generale delle Antichità del Libano 🇱🇧 e con il progetto MeSAP, continua il proprio percorso internazionale di ricerca, cooperazione scientifica e valorizzazione del patrimonio archeologico 🌏📚
📅 Il 22 aprile la nostra archeologa Silvia Festuccia, specialista dell’Asia occidentale e del Mediterraneo orientale antichi 🏺📜, è stata invitata come relatrice a una conferenza dedicata al sito archeologico di Qalaat el-Hosn, in Libano 🇱🇧
🎓 L’evento si è svolto presso la Faculty of History – Department of Archaeology della Termiz State University, promosso dal Rettore Abduqodir Toshqulov e dall’Ufficio Relazioni Internazionali dell’Ateneo 🌐
🔎 Durante l’incontro sono stati presentati i più recenti risultati delle ricerche multidisciplinari condotte a Qalaat el-Hosn, con particolare attenzione alla straordinaria scoperta di un tempio monumentale 🏛️✨, fondamentale per la ricostruzione storica e archeologica del territorio.
🤝 Un’importante occasione di dialogo accademico, diplomazia culturale e cooperazione internazionale, che conferma il valore della ricerca come strumento di connessione tra Paesi, istituzioni e comunità 🌍💡

The second international public conference of the REVEAL project – Research and Valorization of the Archaeological and Landscape Heritage of the Upper Shouf as a Resource for the Protection and Development of the Territory – was held at Termiz State University in Uzbekistan 🇺🇿🏛️
Coordinated by the University of Insubria, funded by Italy through 🇮🇹, and developed in close institutional collaboration with the Directorate General of Antiquities of Lebanon (DGA) 🇱🇧 and the MeSAP project, REVEAL continues its international pathway of research, scientific cooperation, and archaeological heritage enhancement 🌏📚✨
📅 On April 22, our archaeologist researcher Silvia Festuccia, specialist in ancient Western Asia and the Eastern Mediterranean 🏺📜, was invited as a speaker for a conference dedicated to the archaeological site of Qalaat el-Hosn, Lebanon 🇱🇧
🎓 The event took place at the Faculty of History – Department of Archaeology of Termiz State University and was promoted by Rector Abduqodir Toshqulov and the University’s International Relations Office 🌐
🔎 During the conference, the latest results of the multidisciplinary research carried out at Qalaat el-Hosn were presented, with particular attention to the extraordinary discovery of a monumental temple 🏛️✨ — a major finding for the historical and archaeological reconstruction of the region.
🤝 An important opportunity for academic exchange, intercultural dialogue, and cultural diplomacy, confirming the value of research as a bridge between countries, institutions, and communities 🌍💡
