The results of the national EFC – Educating Future Citizens network were presented in Pavia: a project created to turn the opportunities offered by the PNRR into concrete pathways for growth, advanced education and international openness for younger generations.

In just two years, the network has brought together eight Italian Schools of Advanced Studies in an innovative model of collaboration, fostering dialogue between higher education, research, guidance and global citizenship, while creating new opportunities to support young Italian talent and prepare them for the challenges of the future.

🎓 More than 3,000 young people involved
🌍 More than 100 international mobility experiences
🤝 24 Italian and international partnerships established

Today, EFC stands out as a strategic best practice for the Italian higher education system and will continue in the coming years as a stable platform for innovation, cooperation and human capital development.

Rachele is one of only 12 scholars worldwide selected by The British Academy for a prestigious postdoctoral fellowship. 🎓

Her research on Early Modern theatre and international influences is taking her to one of the most renowned academic stages in the world. 🎭

Rachele reflects on how her time at the Internazionale Ca' Foscari made a difference:
"Living and interacting daily with peers from different fields at the College taught me to embrace the dialogue between diverse branches of knowledge. At Oxford, I’ve found that same multidisciplinary spirit and sense of exchange."

This past Monday, March 23, marked the inauguration of Magazzino 4 in San Basilio, Venice.

🏛️ Much more than a ribbon-cutting ceremony: it is proof that public excellence in Italy is not just possible, but a tangible reality.

This photo captures a team driven by a clear vision: caring for the future of our youth. They work to provide an educational path of excellence that is as complete and innovative as possible—all within a public university.
A special mention goes to Professor Agar Brugiavini, the first Director in the history of the International College. It was under her lead that this journey of excellence started within our University, laying the foundations for everything we see today.

🎓𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹
A central element of this new space is the hall dedicated to the late 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼. A distinguished Cafoscarino with a profound passion for young people, he tirelessly promoted merit in Venice. As 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼 𝗟𝗶 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘇𝗶 emphasized, Toniolo was deeply committed to creating for the next generation the same opportunities that changed his life.

🎯𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
The facility features advanced multimedia equipment thanks to an investment of over €700,000 from the NRRP project "𝗘𝗙𝗖 - 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀" These new classrooms will significantly enrich the learning experience for both students and faculty.

This is a major milestone for the Internazionale Ca' Foscari and Ca' Foscari Venezia.
