2026年度 愛岐留学生就職支援コンソーシアム 岐阜地区ワークショップを開催します

留学生の皆さんが岐阜県の優良企業に就職することを目指すため、岐阜大学、岐阜県、岐阜県経営者協会、ジェトロ岐阜の4機関が連携して実施する取組を、本年度も開催します。

本ワークショップでは、留学生と企業担当者による少人数グループを編成し、具体的なテーマについて率直に意見交換を行うグループトークを実施します。
また、企業と留学生による個別交流の機会も設けます。参加学生の皆さんには、企業担当者へお渡しする名刺代わりとして、A4用紙1枚の自己紹介シートを作成していただきます。

Gifu Region Workshop will be held by Aigi Career Development Consortium for International Students 2026

This program, jointly organized by four organizations, Gifu University, Gifu Prefecture, Gifu Employer's Association, and JETRO Gifu, will be held again this year to support international students seeking employment with leading companies in Gifu Prefecture.

In this workshop, international students and company representatives will be divided into small groups and take part in group discussions, where they can exchange opinions openly on specific topics.

In addition, there will be opportunities for individual networking between students and company representatives. Participating students will be asked to prepare a one-page self-introduction sheet (A4 size), which will serve as a business card and be shared with the participating companies.

Participants will receive a QUO Card courtesy of the Gifu Association of Corporate Executives.

[世界展開力] ｢インド派遣プログラム スプリングスクールプログラム2027｣ 応募者を募集します

グローカル推進機構が主催するスプリングスクールプログラムは、ジョイント･ディグリープログラムの相手大学であるインド工科大学グワハティ校(IITG)を知る機会として、2019年から実施しているプログラムです。渡航には教員の引率があり、個人旅行ではなかなか行くことができない北東インドを約2週間、体験できます。
まずは｢行って、その環境を体験して、刺激を受ける｣を目標に、本プログラムに参加して世界に踏み出す勇気の第一歩にしてください。

# President YOSHIDA Kazuhiro of Gifu University Attends Japan-India Joint Economic Forum in Delhi, India

On July 2, 2026 (local time), President YOSHIDA Kazuhiro of Gifu University attended the Japan–India Joint Economic Forum held in Delhi, India. He was accompanied by Professor KOYAMA Hiroyuki, Executive Director of Gifu University Organization for Promotion of Glocalization (GU-GLOCAL), and Professor NISHIZU Takahisa, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Biological Sciences.

The Japan–India Joint Economic Forum serves as a platform for dialogue and information exchange aimed at strengthening economic cooperation between Japan and India. Government representatives and business leaders from both countries participate in the forum to promote collaboration across a wide range of fields, including manufacturing and advanced technologies. The forum was attended by Japanese Prime Minister TAKAICHI Sanae and H.E. Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India. Their speeches, along with announcements of previously concluded private-sector memoranda of understanding, were featured during the event. In her address, Prime Minister Takaichi presented the vision of “Growing Stronger and More Prosperous Together,” an evolution of the Free and Open Indo-Pacific (FOIP) initiative and emphasized deeper cooperation between Japan and India as two major democracies supporting regional stability and development.

岐阜大学 吉田和弘学長が「日印経済フォーラム」（インド・デリー）に出席

2026年7月2日（現地時間）、インド・デリーで開催された「日印経済フォーラム」に、吉田和弘学長が出席しました。あわせて、小山博之グローカル推進機構長、西津貴久応用生物科学部長が出席しました。
日印経済フォーラムは、日本とインドの経済連携を強化するための意見交換や情報共有の場であり、両国の政府・企業が参加し、製造業や先端技術など多分野での協力を推進することを目的としています。本フォーラムには、高市早苗内閣総理大臣とインド共和国のナレンドラ・モディ首相が参加し、両首脳のスピーチや、これまでに締結された民間覚書の発表等が行われました。高市総理はスピーチのなかで、「自由で開かれたインド太平洋（FOIP）」を進化させた「共に、強く豊かになる」との理念を掲げ、両国が地域を支える二大民主主義国家として連携を一層深めていく方針を示しました。
本フォーラムにおいて、岐阜大学は日印で唯一の大学として参加・登壇しました。吉田学長は、インド北東部地域（NER）の産業バリューチェーン構築を主題とするセッション4に登壇しました。
登壇では、本学とインド工科大学グワハティ校（IITG）との15年以上にわたる連携の歩みを紹介しました。両校は食品工学・機械工学・人工知能など産業に直結する分野で国際共同教育を展開し、2019年には日印初かつ唯一のジョイント・ディグリープログラム（JDP）を開始、現在は社会人の学び直しに資するマイクロクレデンシャルの開発へと発展させています。なお、本フォーラムの司会を務めた日本貿易振興機構（JETRO）の丸山春香さんは、このJDPの最初の修了生の一人です。
さらに吉田学長は、2026年3月にグワハティで産学官連携の国際シンポジウムを開催し、北東インドの20大学から成る連携体を設立したことを報告しました。そのうえで、本学とIITGが日本と北東インドを結ぶ「架け橋」となり、21大学・産業界・州政府と連携して、インドの成長戦略「Advantage Assam 2.0」が掲げる半導体・航空宇宙・再生可能エネルギー・農産加工・ライフサイエンス等の分野と結びついた共創エコシステムを構築する構想を示しました。本学は、この一連の取り組みを、大学が主導する地域変革の新たな国際連携のかたち「岐阜大学―IITGモデル」として位置づけ、今後さらに発展させていく方針です。
セッション4のモデレーターを務めた独立行政法人国際協力機構（JICA）インド事務所の竹内所長から投げかけられた「事業を通じてインド（北東州）ビジネスで肌で感じる変化・凄さを一言で」という質問に対し、吉田学長は、「大学連携を起点とする日印の深い交流の形成が更なる成長の起爆剤となる」と回答しました。
岐阜大学は、東海国立大学機構の一員として、インドをはじめとする海外の大学・研究機関との連携を積極的に推進しています。今回のフォーラムへの出席・登壇を契機に、教育・研究・人材育成の各面で日印の協力をさらに深め、地域および世界への貢献を目指してまいります。

2026 Overseas Travel Risk Management Orientation

Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2026
Venue: Room 105, General Education Building
Number of Participants: 74 (including 15 faculty and staff members)

Gifu University Organization for Promotion of Glocalization (GU-GLOCAL) hosted the 2026 Overseas Travel Risk Management Orientation. This orientation was organized for students, faculty, and staff planning to study abroad or travel overseas. Its purpose is to raise awareness of personal safety, help participants avoid becoming involved in incidents or accidents, and foster a broad understanding of risk management, including health and safety issues while abroad.

The orientation was moderated by Professor TATSUMI Toru, Director of the Study Abroad Promotion Division of GU-GLOCAL, and began with opening remarks by Professor KOYAMA Hiroyuki, Executive Director of GU-GLOCAL.

First, Dr. YAMAMOTO Mayumi, Director/Professor of the Health Administration Center at Gifu University, delivered a presentation on pre-travel vaccinations and health management while overseas. This was followed by a lecture by Mr. HATTORI Makoto, former board member of the Japanese Council for the Safety of Overseas Students (JCSOS), who spoke about the importance of risk awareness and safety measures. In addition, the Inbound and Outbound Student Affairs Section explained Gifu University’s procedures required before studying abroad. Mr. MATSUMOTO Takuya of Tokio Marine International Assistance Co., Ltd. introduced the JCSOS Total Assistance Service (J-TAS) support service. Finally, Mr. MATSUNO Toshiyuki of Tokio Marine TNP Tokai Hokuriku Branch provided information about the Study Abroad Insurance "Futai Kaigaku."

Participants listened attentively to presentations covering overseas incidents, security conditions in various countries, and comparisons between Japanese and overseas healthcare and insurance systems—topics that are not often considered in everyday life in Japan.
