The Nippon Sport Science University Coach Developer Academy (NCDA) has been conducting the coach developer program for six and a half years as a part of Sport for Tomorrow Program, which is one of the initiatives of Japan Sports Agency. As an "International Sports Academy" Tsukuba International Academy for Sport Studies ( TIAS Tsukuba International Academy for Sport Studies ) and The National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya International Sport Academy (NIFS International Sport Academy - NIFISA ) have been working toward building “Academy for Tomorrow’s Leaders in Sport”. Each academy has its own field of specialization, but each academy has collaborated with each other in terms of human resource development and has jointly held conferences, workshops and programs. As a result of such cooperation, the ties between the students of each academy have been strengthened, and then there are cases where they cooperated to develop the business after returning to their own countries. Therefore, in this webinar, graduates of the three universities' international sports academies will be asked to introduce examples of workshops held in cooperation after returning to their own countries and the projects they are currently developing. We hope that we can provide new perspectives and ways of thinking to everyone who participates in the webinar by seeing such cases.

Sports for development and peace is my passion. Currently, I am working at Sports for Hope and Independence (SHI). The only organisation in Bangladesh promoting “Sports for All” with the slogan of “Equality through Sports”. SHI use sports as a tool for child and youth development, girl’s empowerment and life skills development of the person with the disability.

The goal of the 12 days long 8th NIFISA seminar was to improve the skills and knowledge of sports management in depth so that the participants can use it in their own country. There were 13 participants from 10 different countries. Lectures on Olympic education, women & girls sports, Sports for all, Traditional Sports, sports promotion and community development through sport has helped me to grow and think more competently. Unique home stay opportunity to experience and learn about Traditional Japanese culture. Moreover, through SFT-Tri-University conference I had privileged to meet my mentor Masamitsu Ito sensei and Rakwal Randeep sensei whom I admire for his work for a long time.

We participants started as unknown faces during the seminar we become a family, a sportaholic family where we learn, share, listen, support, smile, fun and have the memory of a lifetime.

I have tried to implement my learning to serve our communities in Bangladesh through SHI in the following activities

1. Organised first Disability sports workshop in Bangladesh with NGO’s, Social Service organisations, Sports Federations, Journalist and Corporate representatives as participants.
2. Organised tradition sports festival with the slogan of “Our culture is Our pride and our sports in our identity” in October 2018 and it becomes a continuous program of SHI.
3. Introduce two months long football and physical activities training for Rohingya refugees children at refugees camp at Cox’s Bazar to teach life skills.

4. In order to my research Interest since the NIFISA seminar, I have been part of two research.

Lastly, I would like to say NIFISA seminar is one of the unique learning opportunity to learn about sports management. I would like to thank all the members of NIFISA for their contribution to the seminar especially Dr. NISHIZAWA Sho Sensei and Dr. 鄭 稼棋 (Cheng Chiachi) for being our constant support system and their dedication. I would like to thank “Sports for Tomorrow” for supporting " NIFISA seminar" and NSSU Expansion of Para-sports participants" as both the opportunity helped me to boost my confidence and enhanced my skills and knowledge.

As part of the collaboration between JADA and NIFISA　(National Institute of Fitness and Sports International Sport Academy), JADA has been participating in the academy as a lecturer for 4 years and the theme of this year was "Anti-Doping and Global Issue: For Integrity, For Sporting Values". The lecture was delivered to the NIFISA 9th course students from 12 countries and regions.
In the lecture, global structure of Anti-Doping movement in Sport and basic rules of Anti-Doping under the World Anti-Doping Code were explained. Students also experienced values-based activity “New MO!” and deepened their perspectives.
All students described their own “TRUTH” message as part of the legacy project for Tokyo2020; “i-PLAY TRUE Torch Relay”!
JADA will continue fostering the global leaders to make sporting values are integrated in society!
