Our article has been published in Applied Energy. In this paper, we aswere to key questions:
1) How can hybrid microgrids (MGs) be optimally integrated into local energy markets (LEMs)? This investigates the operational and market procedures that enable hybrid MGs to participate effectively in the LEM.
2) How does hybrid MG participation influence market outcomes? This examines the interaction between MG participation and dynamic market pricing mechanisms.

Our recently published paper examines how the accuracy of selected short-term load forecasting models can significantly influence the stability of the Japan Electric Power Exchange (JEPX) market, particularly in relation to the financial burden incurred by the retailers. In this study, we analyze and compare both classical and modern forecasting methodologies.
