先生の研究を幅広い世代の方々に知っていただける大変貴重なイベントになりました。

Professor Hasegawa participated in the “Ritsumeikan 155th Founding Anniversary & 125th Academy Anniversary Commemorative Event: Ritsumeikan TANQ Park – A Knowledge Theme Park to Experience Learning Through Exploration and Cutting-edge Research” with a booth exhibition.
It was a valuable opportunity to showcase the professor’s research to people of all generations.

長谷川先生がマレーシア、クアラルンプールで開催されたIPCCの第７次評価報告書のアウトライン案を作成するスコーピング会合に参加しました。
多様な分野の各国からの研究者とともに良い議論ができました。参加にあたり様々なご支援をいただきましてありがとうございました。

Dr. Hasegawa participated in the scoping meeting for drafting the outline of the IPCC Seventh Assessment Report, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
It was a fruitful discussion with researchers from various fields and countries.

長谷川先生が令和6年度京都府あけぼの賞を受賞しました。京都テルサ（京都市南区）で開催された「第 36 回 KYOのあけぼのフェスティバル 2024」での表彰式にて、西脇隆俊 京都府知事より表彰状と副賞が贈呈されました。

Dr. Hasegawa received the 2024 Kyoto Prefecture Akebono Award. Takatoshi Nishiwaki, Governor of Kyoto Prefecture, presented the certificate and supplementary prize at the award ceremony held at the “36th KYO no Akebono Festival 2024” at Kyoto Terrsa (Minami-ku, Kyoto City).

長谷川先生が、内閣府男女共同参画局の「令和６年度女性のチャレンジ賞」において、「女性のチャレンジ賞特別部門賞」を受賞しました。

内閣府では、起業やNPO、地域活動などにより様々な分野で活躍している身近な女性のモデル等を示すことによって、女性が活躍する機運を高めていくため、「女性のチャレンジ賞」を実施しています。①「⼥性のチャレンジ賞」、②「⼥性のチャレンジ⽀援賞」、③「⼥性のチャレンジ賞特別部門賞」の3種類の表彰のうち、長谷川先生は③「⼥性のチャレンジ賞特別部門賞」を受賞しました。

本賞は、①②の該当者のうち、令和6年度の特別部門賞のテーマ「気候変動問題等の環境問題におけるチャレンジ」に該当し、新しい発想や柔軟な視点により、気候変動問題等の環境問題への対策にチャレンジし、活躍する女性に贈られる賞です。

Dr. Hasegawa received the 2024 Women's Challenge Award in the Special Category.
The Cabinet Office is implementing the “Women's Challenge Award” in order to enhance the momentum for women to be active by showing familiar female models who are active in various fields such as entrepreneurship, NPOs, and community activities. Dr. Hasegawa received the “Special Category Award for Women's Challenge Award” among three types of awards: (1) “Challenge Award for Women who Live by the Challenge of New Families,” (2) “Support Award for Women who Live by the Challenge of New Families,” and (3) “Special Category Award for Women who Live by the Challenge of New Families.

This award is given to women who fall under (1) and (2) and who are active in taking measures against environmental issues such as climate change with new ideas and flexible viewpoints under the theme of “Challenge in Environmental Issues such as Climate Change” of the Special Category Award in 2024.
