🌕 Kangetsu no Yūbe , Moon Viewing Evening at Daikaku-ji
In September, Kyoto welcomes the arrival of autumn with seasonal traditions such as Kangetsu no Yūbe, held at Daikaku-ji Temple. 🍁
The tradition is said to date back to Emperor Saga, who enjoyed viewing the harvest moon from a boat on Osawa Pond. Today, visitors can admire the moon in the night sky and its reflection on the surface of the pond. 🌕✨

On July 31, 2026, KCGI signed an academic exchange agreement with Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (UNUSA) in Surabaya, Indonesia.
