修了される1年コースの皆様、おめでとうございます！！

また同日に成果報告会を開催しました。
学生の活動報告のほか、成績優秀者、西野・森地賞の発表が行われました。
先生方の他に、派遣元の幹部やOB・OGの皆様、次期学生等、多くの方にご参集いただき感謝申し上げます。

　2023年度インフラ政策1年3ヶ月コースの学生6名による、修士論文最終発表会が行われました。
　昨年度に引き続き、学校での開催とオンラインを組み合わせたハイブリッド形式での開催となりました。
　皆さま大変お疲れ様でした。6月26日には修了式が行われます。
　また、2024年4月2日には、新たに12名の学生がインフラ政策コースに入学しており、授業と研究活動に今後励んでまいります。

Six students of the 1 year and 3 months infrastructure policy course held their final presenatation of their master's thesis
As last year, the presentation was held in a hybrid format by streaming the presentations held at the university.
Great job and thank you for all your hard work. A grauduaton ceremony will be held on June 26, 2024.
In addition, 12 new students enrolled in the Infrastructure Policy Course on April 2, 2024, and will continue to work hard in classes and research activities.

2023年度生の学位記授与式が行われました。
去年の４月から突然大学生となり、一年が経ちました。
GRIPSでは幅広い視野で物事を捉える力を身に着けることができました。
また、年齢・所属は違えど、かけがえのない仲間を得ました。
ご指導してくださった先生方、GRIPSに快く送り出してくれた派遣元の方、そして同期の皆様、誠にありがとうございました。

また、本年は4年ぶりとなる成果報告会を開催しました。
研究成果報告のほか、成績優秀者、西野・森地賞の発表が行われました。
先生方の他に、派遣元の幹部やOB・OGの皆様、次期学生等、多数の方にご参集いただき感謝申し上げます。

インフラ政策コース修士論文発表会が行われました。
今回は、1年コース生を対象とした最終発表と1.3年コース生を対象とした中間発表となりました。今回のオンラインを併用した発表会には、先生方に加え学生の各派遣元や多くの会社関係者の皆様にご出席頂きました。
学生が皆、この日までに研究を通して多くの先生方との議論や発表練習を積み重ねてきました。
無事に学生全員が発表を行い、終了後には皆安堵の表情が伺えました。
参加された皆様お疲れ様でした。引き続き本論作成等励んでまいります。

The master's thesis presentation for the Infrastructure Policy Course was held.
This time, there was a final presentation for 1-year course students and an interim presentation for 1.3-year course students. This time, the presentation was held both in-person and online, and in addition to the teachers, students' dispatch agencies and many company officials attended.
All of the students had accumulated discussions and presentation practice with many teachers through their research up until this day.
All the students made their presentations without incident, and you could see the relief on everyone's faces after the presentation.
Thank you to everyone who participated. We will continue to work hard on the main text.

冬ゼミ（対面&オンライン）が行われました。
2月下旬の発表会（1年コース：最終、1.3年コース：中間）に向けて鋭意取り組んでいく所存です。

Winter seminar (face-to-face & online) was held.
We will be working hard toward the presentations (1-year course: final, 1.3-year course: intermediate) in late February.

今回は、中日本高速道路株式会社様のご案内のもと、
岐阜県の御望山トンネルや御望山本線橋、三橋高架橋を見学しました。
どの現場も大規模な新設現場であり、トンネルや橋梁、高架橋といった多種多様な土木構造物を見学することができました。
終日ご対応いただきました中日本高速道路株式会社のご担当者様に感謝申し上げます。

We conducted a site visit under the guidance of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. We visited the Gomoyama Tunnel, Gomoyama Main Line Bridge, and Mitsuhashi Viaduct in Gifu. Each site was a large-scale construction project, allowing us to observe a variety of civil engineering structures such as tunnels, bridges, and viaducts. We express our gratitude to the representatives of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited who provided us with support throughout the day.

10月13日（金）に学士会館（神保町）にてインフラ政策コース総会・同窓会が行われました。併せて同窓生による、森地名誉教授の傘寿のお祝いがありました。
コロナ禍で同窓会を行えていなかったこともあり、教授や学生間にとって久しぶりの再会となりました。会場には約100人が来場し、思い出話に花が咲き、場が大いに盛り上がりました。
また、4月よりインフラ政策コース教授に着任された、知花教授より全体への挨拶がありました。
The Infrastructure Policy Course general meeting and reunion was held on October 13th (Friday) at the Academic Hall (Jimbocho). At the same time, alumni celebrated the anniversary of Professor Emeritus Morichi's life.
Since we had not been able to hold any alumni reunions due to the coronavirus pandemic, this was an opportunity for professors and students to meet again for the first time in a while, and the venue was very lively.
Professor Chibana, who has been appointed as a professor in the Infrastructure Policy Course since April, also gave a speech.

日比野教授の引率のもと、福島駅北側で実施中の福島アプローチ線プロジェクトと、先月末開業した宇都宮ライトレールの現場視察を行いました。両事業とも鉄道事業であることから、派遣元が鉄道会社の学生を中心に、熱心な質問が飛び交う有意義な機会となりました。お忙しい中、ご対応頂いた東日本旅客鉄道（株）様、宇都宮ライトレール（株）様に感謝申し上げます。次回は11月末に高速道路の新設現場視察を行う予定です。
We visited the Fukushima Approach Line project, which is currently underway on the north side of Fukushima Station, and the Utsunomiya Light Rail, which opened at the end of last month. Since both projects are railway projects, it was a meaningful opportunity for the students, who were mainly dispatched from railway companies, to ask enthusiastic questions. We would like to thank East Japan Railway Co., Ltd. and Utsunomiya Light Rail Co., Ltd. for their cooperation despite their busy schedules. The next visit will be at the end of November to inspect a new expressway construction site.
