🎙️ Learning from leaders, beyond the classroom.

The Intensive MBA (IMBA) Program at the International University of Japan has launched Executive Conversations, a new series connecting students with experienced business leaders through interactive discussions.

Rather than traditional lectures, these sessions encourage open dialogue, giving students the opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn directly from executives with global leadership experience.

Our first three guest speakers included:
✨ Mr. Toshiya Sano – Assistant to the IUJ Chairperson and former Marubeni branch manager in Tel Aviv-Yafo
✨ Mr. Kensuke Abe – Marubeni Research Institute, who shared insights on the unique global role of Japan's sogo shosha (general trading companies)
✨ Dr. Jun Murai – Former President & CEO of Tokyu Hotels & Resorts

From global business and leadership to hospitality management, each conversation offered students practical perspectives that complement their academic learning.

At IUJ, we are committed to creating opportunities where students connect with industry leaders and develop the knowledge and skills to lead in a global business environment.
