Have you ever wanted to learn about being a judge or working in the justice system? 🤔

Well, the Beasley School of Law at Temple University, Japan Campus had the honour to host a judicial symposium on November 9th. ⚖️✨

More than 15 judges from California state courts and the Japan bar engaged in open dialogue about current issues that judges and lawyers face in handling cases in the Japan and U.S. justice systems, including criminal justice, legal ethics and reform, and the use of jury trials. 🇺🇲🇯🇵

Judge Teresa Magno, Justice Carlos Moreno, Judge Shingo Hidaka and the California Asian Pacific American Judges Association (CAPAJA) for making this symposium possible. 🙏
