【離脱届について】
在校生の皆さんへ
入管法第19条の16の規定により、在留資格「留学」「技術・人文知識・国際業務」等、所属機関のある在留資格を持つ者は、進学・就職等により所属機関が変わった場合、所属機関を離れた日から14日以内に出入国在留管理局へ「所属機関に関する届出」を提出しなければなりません。（添付の必要書類および記載例を参考にしてください。）
大学や専門学校へ進学する皆さんは、進学先で本件の届出についてサポートがある場合がありますので、進学先の指示に従って作成・提出してください。 ただし、進学先から説明がない場合でも、届出は本人の義務です。必ず各自で作成・提出してください。
この届出は、就職（「技術・人文知識・国際業務」「特定技能」など）により所属機関が変わる場合も同様に必要です。
卒業・退学により学校を離れる場合は注意してください。
※卒業・退学後に帰国する場合は、届出の必要はありません。
現在、在留資格管理の厳格化が進められています。
日本に滞在する間は、自身の在留資格の管理を適切に行ってください。
必要な届出が行われていない場合、次回の在留期間更新や在留資格変更の申請に影響が生じる可能性がありますので、十分注意してください。

To All Current Students,
In accordance with Article 19-16 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, individuals holding a status of residence that requires an affiliated organization—such as “Student,” “Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services,” etc.—must submit a “Notification of the Affiliated Organization” to the Immigration Services Agency within 14 days from the date they leave their former organization, if their affiliated institution changes due to further education, employment, or other reasons.
(Please refer to the attached required documents and sample form.)
Students who advance to a university or vocational school may receive support from their new institution regarding this notification. Please follow the instructions provided by your new school.
However, even if the new institution does not provide guidance, submitting this notification is your personal responsibility. Please be sure to complete and submit it on your own.
This notification is also required when changing your affiliated organization due to employment (e.g., “Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services,” “Specified Skilled Worker,” etc.).
Students who graduate or withdraw and leave the school should take special care.
※ If you return to your home country immediately after graduation or withdrawal, this notification is not required.
Currently, management of residence status is becoming stricter.
While staying in Japan, please ensure that you properly manage your own residence status.
Failure to submit the required notification may affect future applications for extension of stay or change of residence status. Please take this matter seriously.
