【IMCC設立準備開始のお知らせ】

武蔵塗料ホールディングス株式会社と株式会社岐阜多田精機は、型内塗装工法（インモールドコーティング）の国内普及を目的とした業界横断型コンソーシアム「インモールドコーティングコンソーシアム（IMCC）」の設立準備を開始しました。

IMCCでは、自動車・家電・住宅設備など幅広い分野の企業・団体と連携し、型内塗装工法の技術検証や量産適用に向けた取り組みを進めてまいります。

型内塗装工法は、塗装工程と成形工程を一体化する次世代加飾技術として期待されています。

Musashi Paint and Gifu Tada Seiki Begin IMCC Formation

Musashi Paint Holdings Co., Ltd. and Gifu Tada Seiki Co., Ltd. have begun preparations to establish the "In-Mold Coating Consortium (IMCC)," a cross-industry consortium aimed at promoting the adoption of in-mold coating technology across Japan.

Through IMCC, companies and organizations from a wide range of sectors — including automotive, consumer electronics, and housing equipments — will collaborate to advance technical verification and mass-production applications of in-mold coating.
In-mold coating is gaining attention as a next-generation decorative manufacturing technology that integrates the coating and molding processes into one.

The Musashi Paint Group will continue to explore new possibilities in manufacturing through cross-industry collaboration.

このたび、武蔵塗料グループのWebサイトをリニューアル公開しました。

今回のリニューアルでは、製品情報・企業情報・採用情報などの構成を見直しました。

また、トップページのキービジュアルでは、実際に武蔵塗料の塗料を使用し、3Dプリンターで製作した造作物への塗装表現を通じて、塗膜の質感や外観表現をビジュアル化しています。

今回、大阪・関西万博の日本館で展示された、
微細藻類を使用した塗料「PAINTOMO」への関心をきっかけに、
藻類由来塗料の開発を中心とした取り組みについて取材を受けました。
