In our program, we emphasize both quantitative skills to analyze policy, and skills to communicate to policy makers. The program provides training and the necessary skil
ls in the all fields of economics, big-data analysis, micro-data analysis, public policy analysis and GIS-satellite image analysis. PEPP faculty members work on a variety of issues in economics and public policy, including international trade, macroeconomics, economic growth, poverty reduction, agricultural economics, micro-finance, human capital accumulation, public finance, taxation, environmental issues and health issues in developing countries, econometrics and GIS and satellite data image analysis. We endeavor to contribute to the creation of an international community of highly trained professionals addressing the daily challenges of economic and social development.
