*How to Change Grade 10 School Choices Before Admission*
- Schools to declare available vacancies via County Directors of Education
- Learner transfer requests must be made *through junior school heads*
- Requests should be submitted *at least 2 weeks* before official reporting date
- *Priority given* to learners who had initially selected the requested school
- Transfer approvals depend on *verified school capacity* by Ministry of Education
- Once approved, *joining instructions will be accessed online*
- Schools *must not* issue printed admission letters for transfer cases
- *Only one replacement allowed.* The process is *final and irreversible* (as per KNEC)
