Yesterday marked a truly memorable, emotional, and impactful day for AIRADS College as we fulfilled one of our core Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments through a visit to Kodich Children's Home and Rescue Centre in Kacheliba Ward, West Pokot County.
This noble initiative was made possible through the generous support and leadership of CEO Koech and the dedicated management led by POM. Our mission was simple yet profound: to share love, hope, and kindness with children who need it most.
At Kodich Children's Home, we met incredible children whose stories touched our hearts deeply. Many of them are orphans, vulnerable children from less fortunate backgrounds, and rescued girls who have overcome difficult circumstances. Despite the challenges they have faced, their resilience, courage, and beautiful smiles reminded us of the power of hope and the importance of standing together as a community.
The joy on their faces as we interacted, shared gifts, and spent time with them was priceless. It was more than just a visit; it was an opportunity to restore hope, affirm their worth, and remind them that they are loved, valued, and not forgotten. Seeing them smile, laugh, and feel appreciated was a powerful testimony that even small acts of kindness can make a significant difference in someone's life.
We were greatly inspired by the remarkable work being done by the management and staff of Kodich Children's Home and Rescue Centre. Their dedication to nurturing, protecting, and empowering these children is truly commendable and deserves recognition and support from all sectors of society.
As AIRADS College, we sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and partnership extended to us by the management of the home. We reaffirm our commitment to continue supporting and walking alongside them whenever possible. This visit was not the end of a journey but the beginning of a lasting relationship founded on compassion, service, and humanity.
