KIAS is a fully registered training institution by the Ministry of Education No. The objective of Kenya Institute of Applied Sciences is to promote, encourage, and improve the practice and all operations and expedients connected with applied sciences, and to give an impulse to ideas likely to be useful in connection with or in relation to such science and practice for the benefit of the community

and mankind at large. KIAS is committed to producing and encouraging continuous improvement in our students and graduates. This is an idea, which is increasingly getting prominence and has been useful in contributing to the practice of applied sciences. Students will find this concept of continuous improvement of immense value at both certificate and diploma levels. In preparing our students to take up future challenges we do receive considerable support from a number of imminent resource persons and firms who give specific input in their areas of specialization. We do draw such assistance from Moi University lecturers, Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital staff, the local private hospitals, Laboratories and Pharmacies



Therefore any student enrolling with KIAS can be sure of being We have in addition created a very conducive learning atmosphere. This we believe will go towards making you (the student) to release your real capability!
