CELEBRATING ANOTHER OF OUR CPA GIANT - ALWAYS ON TOP!

Today we celebrate Pauline I. Mwaniki, CEO of Winas Sacco, for her commitment to professional excellence and continuous growth.

Through her leadership, CPA Pauline has propelled Winas Sacco (formerly Embu Teachers Sacco) to rank 16th nationally (and position 1 in Embu County) among Kenya's largest deposit-taking SACCOs by total assets. This is according to the most recent available SASRA data (from the 2024 SACCO Supervision Annual Report, covering performance up to 2024 and released around September/October 2025).

Great leaders understand that learning is not a destination but a lifelong journey. Through dedication, vision, and service, she has become one of the respected leaders in Kenya's cooperative movement.

Today we celebrate Diana Wawira Mbogo, CEO of Daima Sacco, whose commitment to continuous learning reflects the mindset of exceptional leaders.

This Embu-based SACCO originated from tea farmers and has grown into a significant financial cooperative serving thousands of members.

She has been recognized for her leadership in growing the institution, promoting innovation, financial inclusion, and strong governance.

In 2026, she was reported to have received a "CEO of the Year" award in the SACCO category by the Jamhuri Kenya Leadership Awards.
