LETTER TO BARINGO NORTH CONSTITUENCY
Dear Baringo North,
I write to you this day with a heavy heart. My pain does not come from the just concluded nominations whatsoever. My pain is a cumulation of what have been witnessed in our Sub-county in the recent past. Blood has been flowing without any intervention from our leaders.
I am writing to you today to think of our future. Think of the 15 years we've been waiting for power to shift from Soin to Mosop. What have been our achievements in the 3 terms? The incumbent has done a lot in terms of connecting Baringo North to opportunities. It is time now for someone to effect those connections.
I come to you humbly as your son who was born and raised in the small sub-location of Issas. I want to confirm that the Arror blood has been crafted in me since birth, and throughout my deeds. This is why I have a blueprint to move Arror forward to the next level. This blueprint comes in an abbreviation dubbed ETERNAL_7.
The ETERNAL_7 stands for my promise to the people of Baringo North once I get sworn in as the next Member of National Assembly. Education tops the list followed by trade and industry. Electricity, Roads and Infrastructure follows in third and fourth respectively. Natural resources, Agriculture, and Lands end the list to create the ETERNAL_7.
Each of these have a detailed plan on their implementation which shall involve both the people and the relevant professionals and volunteers. The Sub-county shall also be working closely with international partners who have already identified Baringo North as their ground working base. The office of the Member of National Assembly shall be liable for any stalling of projects in the Sub-county thereof.
Some people may ask about my experience. Well, I was the chairperson for students from Baringo County in the University for 3 terms from 2017-2019. Throughout my tenure, I worked closely with both the County and National government in finding opportunities for the students I were leading. I am also running a Kenyan-American research organization based in Baringo County, and focused in promoting health of African and Pan-African communities.
With that few introduction on myself, I would like to humbly ask for your votes come August 9th 2022. I am equal to the task as I'm a humble young man who believes in Truth, Justice, and Equity as my main pillars. I also believe in development for all; "Maendeleo kwa Wote". Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Hon Sylvester Sergon arap Kipseng'enge
Former Chairperson- NOBUSA
