Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a formal process used to assess and acknowledge the skills, knowledge, and experience a person has gained outside traditional classroom education.
In simple terms, RPL allows you to get certified for what you already know and can do, even if you didn’t learn it through a formal course.

Instead of attending full training, you:
Provide evidence of your skills (work experience, portfolios, references, etc.)
Undergo assessment (practical tests, interviews, or demonstrations)
