At Emining Technical Training Institute, learning goes beyond the classroom. Today, Food Production and Service Module IV students brought theory to life through a Mock Wedding Ceremony practical under the Banquets and Events Operations unit.
The exercise gave learners hands-on experience in event planning, decoration, food service, customer care, teamwork and professional event management. This equips them with on demand practical skills through Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET).
