It’s official!

Following the formal signing of our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 27, 2026, between Open University of Kenya (OUK) and Scopetalk Consultancy Ltd, applications are officially OPEN for the Professional Mediation Course! 🤝✨

During the signing ceremony, OUK Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academic Affairs, Prof. Carolyne Omulando, and ScopeTalk Executive Director, Ms. Millicent Soi, joined hands to merge OUK’s innovative digital platform with ScopeTalk’s deep industry experience in mediation and dispute resolution.

Whether in the workplace, community, family, business, institutional or personal settings, conflict can arise in many forms. The ability to navigate difficult conversations, manage disputes constructively and facilitate mutually acceptable solutions is a valuable competency for professionals and leaders across all sectors.
