BUILDING THE FOUNDATION ✨

Before our students advance into Sports Massage, they first need to master the fundamentals, and that starts with Holistic Massage.

Our students are developing their understanding of touch, pressure, body awareness, massage techniques and client care. This builds the confidence and practical skills they’ll carry forward into more advanced sports therapy training. 💆🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♂️

Holistic Massage provides an important foundation before progressing to Sports Massage, where students learn to apply their knowledge more specifically to athletes, active clients and performance related needs. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♂️

Learn the foundations. Master the techniques. Then take your skills to the next level. 🎓✨

FIRST PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT DONE! 🎉💆🏽‍♀️

There’s nothing quite like the smiles of students after completing their first internal Holistic Massage practical assessment! 🙌🏽✨

From learning the techniques to building confidence, developing their touch and putting their skills into practice, our students are taking another exciting step towards becoming professional therapists. 💆🏽‍♀️🌿

We’re so proud of their progress, dedication and willingness to learn. And that feeling of accomplishment after completing your first practical assessment? Priceless! 🤗

This is just the beginning… more skills, more confidence and plenty more hands on learning to come! 💪🏽

Well done, future therapists! 👏🏽🎓

Our Personal Training students getting stuck into a group Circuit Training session learning by doing, pushing their limits, and building the fitness they’ll one day expect from their own clients.

At Alison Caroline Institute alisoncarolineinstitute , our curriculum isn’t just about learning how to train others.

Our students are encouraged to work on their own fitness levels too - improving, progressing and challenging themselves day by day.

Because how can you inspire your clients to become stronger, fitter and healthier if you’re not prepared to do the same?
