**"The biggest reason men don't open up... might surprise you."**

Many men aren't silent because they have nothing to say.

They're silent because they've learned that vulnerability can be turned into a weapon.

What if home became the one place where a man didn't have to pretend he was okay?

🎙️ In this clip, we unpack why creating emotionally safe spaces matters—for healthier men, healthier relationships, and healthier families.

🎬 SMALL SCREENS. BIG DREAMS.

There was a time when success meant getting on TV.

Today, a smartphone, a great idea, and the courage to create can put your work in front of millions.

Creators like Issa Rae proved that powerful stories don't need the biggest screen—they need authenticity, creativity, and an audience ready to connect.

At AFTTTI, we're preparing the next generation of performers, filmmakers, content creators, and storytellers to thrive on every platform.

Because the future of entertainment doesn't just fit in your pocket—it starts there. 📱✨

😂 A man opens up to his friends… and the first response is a joke.
"Si ukuwe mwanaume."
"Uko na pressure? Enda ukalale."
"Unalia k**a nani?"

For many men, that's how conversations about mental health begin… and end.

In this episode of , our Dean gets candid about growing up in a generation where men were taught to "kaa ngumu" and keep their struggles to themselves. Now, he's mentoring a generation that's more expressive and willing to speak up.

💭 How do you guide young men when you were raised not to talk about your own emotions?
💭 Are men's support systems helping or hurting?
💭 Is vulnerability a strength or a weakness?
💭 And yes… he shares a few stories and opinions that might just spark a debate. 👀

This isn't just another podcast.
It's a conversation about the expectations placed on men, the silence many carry, and what needs to change.

What is one thing society teaches men that you think we should rethink?
