People make mistakes...we all make mistakes..whether small, big, terrific or tragic, they all are mistakes. if we dint make them,we wouldn't learn anything. we wouldn't know what it means by doing mistakes.
but what makes you stand out as a winner,a hero or a responsible person is the approach you use to solve, correct or amend it.
The approach however depends entirely on the mentality and willingness of an individual to come out of a disturbing situation.
the approaches include:

One: Be open to making mistakes. Just be open to being human. Each of us will do things we regret. Each of us will take a wrong turn, hurt someone’s feelings or make bad choices. You can learn lessons from mistakes and when you do, you move on to other life’s lessons. If you don’t learn the lesson, then it will repeat itself again and again in different situations until you get it. Experience is a hard teacher. You can also learn from the mistakes of others if you are open to that learning.

Two: Be aware. In other words, look for areas of improvement. Be on the lookout for “mistakes” or ways to better yourself. Be aware of what you are doing, of how you feel and of how you make others feel. This way of thinking is about being proactive and seeking betterment to avoid making blunders and mistakes. If you are aware of how your behaviors impact others, then you can determine whether the impact you make is the way you want to present yourself to the world.

Three: Accept full responsibility for yourself and your life. Whatever happens, whenever you make a mistake or you are involved in a misunderstanding, take responsibility. There is always something to be learned or improved even if the other person was wrong too.

Sometimes what we humans need to learn is a little pain,a little suffering,a little storm........if you come out successfully, you will learn to be wise, responsible and accountable.Running from problems doesn't solve anything but only catalyses them.
friends are there. there are good and bad friends. Those who will positively see you through and those who will negatively see you through. At the end of the day,an advice will just be an advice until you think of it,evaluate it critically and choose between the many options you have to settle for the best and not the worst or the average.
have you ever seen an eagle?
do eagles flock?
no they don't. they are found one at a time.
so as you know, there is no excellent bird in the bird kingdom as excellent as the eagle.
they do their things alone to perfection, they don't flock around with the resat, they love storms because storms strengthens their flying capability.Eagles do not eat dead food but live food.
what does this tells us we humans?
in life, storms?challenges should make us stronger than we were before.
challenges are supposed to make us learn something that we didn't know before.
storms are supposed to make us more witty than we were before
storms, are to open our third eye that may be was never there before.
that is what makes us humans....we possess intellect, that no other creature has....its sad coz some people act as though the intellect was plucked out of their brains..they act like animals.
to succeed in anything, you don't have to clump friends around you.trust me there are people around you that want to go nowhere and do nothing in their lives, and they will love to do that just with you and go nowhere with you. its you to be careful. being decisive enough, witty enough ,smart enough and knowledgeable enough is the only solution.
for you to make a step in life, you don't have to keep on depending on the same fossils or Methuselah, you don't have to keep using the archives, past stories and the museums. be innovative, seek answers to the questions, new, fresh information. that is why science exists...we don't have to rely on history, things that happened before our forefathers and ancestors were born. its a new generation,a new world, with new minds and new experiences. seek fresh information, fresh people with fresh minds for fresh ideas and success.
ITS ALL A LIFE WE LIVE IN,AND ITS ALL UPON OUR DECISIONS THAT LIFE WILL EITHER BE SWEET OR BITTER...THE CHOICE IS IN YOUR HANDS,YOUR HEART EN MIND....

For I have come to understand,
Without you then I am an empty Island
It doesn’t matter that I am in euro land
But a crucial issue is at hand
And, regardless, the nation has to stand
Now peace for Kenya is my song, and should be our greatest demand!
Let us have it at all costs, whether under demand.
And help our territories expand

I cry, yes I cry for peace
Because I have been paralyzed by war and violence; it has to cease
Just how I wish peace could be an asset to lease
But the truth is, it must be worked for, not only by the police
It must start from us within, before we get any to release
And down on my knees begging, Please! Please
Lets live in harmony, and nothing will decay, just increase!

Dearest politicians, what is it? Do you only hunger for power?
Or is it we the citizens you need to empower?
Are we that gullible for the promises you shower?
Then why do the promises fade so fast? Even faster than does a flower!
A thought of the post election violence scares me out of my skin, it makes me cower.
Victims still in the camps ,your asking them for votes makes me glower!
Because it is like adding insult to injury, when their needs you did not embower.
Is it that we rush into politics? Then let us take it slower
Lest we fall, remember the Babel tower?
Dear God help us, that each Kenyan be a wise sower.
And that our leaders be driven by love for the nation, and not love for power.

I say let us be wise sowers; the vote be the seed, and fruit the leader.
Take time, asses, like does the weaver and the beader
Do not be deceived by the posts on facebook or twitter
But has he been a feeder of the nation or a cheater?
Don’t sell your vote, lest you be disappointed and become bitter
When the vote you sell becomes your eater
Instead, from vote buyers take off, as fast as a cheetah
So that you don’t elect a depleter
But one who will make your life better, and, of course sweeter.

We are one as Kenyans, let us live in unity
Let us come together as a fraternity,
And we, with no doubt, can make a peaceful community
Let us not wait for leaders, but let’s all fight impunity!
To war, violence, corruption and tribalism let us have an active immunity
And for sure we will never hear of disunity
Neither will we be left out of any global opportunity
And thus, vision 2030 will be a reality.
As our motto says peace, love ,liberty and unity
Let us be proud peaceful Kenyans till eternity.

Some Times we fight so violently, only then that we realise dat ur neighbour iz kikuyu and you are a kamba, kalenjin,or any other tribe.....lol the point that we can't remember the root cause of our conflict....bt its really important 2 pause always and think of how better we can solve our issues rather than fighting.

“When I say it's you I like, I'm talking about that part of you that knows that life is far more than anything you can ever see or hear or touch. That deep part of you that allows you to stand for those things without which humankind cannot survive. Love that conquers hate, peace that rises triumphant over war, and justice that proves more powerful than greed.”

It's so hard to forget pain, but it's even harder to remember sweetness. We have no scar to show for happiness. We learn so little from peace."
