Job Application: Land Surveyor



Our client is a highly regarded player in the real estate field and is seeking to recruit a Land Surveyor who is proactive, flexible and a team player.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

+Diploma in Survey / Mapping

+2 to 5 years’ experience Surveying , handling all survey equipment

+Researches previous survey evidence, maps, Title deeds, Physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.

+Using surveying instruments and GPS to chart exact coordinates of site features

+Experience working as a surveyor in a real estate or land buying firm

+Knowledge of survey equipment

+Good knowledge of relevant software e.g. Autocad, Excel

Must be a Kenyan citizen.
Diploma in land surveying from a recognized institution.
Certificate in computer applications.
At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.
Satisfy the requirements of chapter six of the constitution.
