Leadership on the Rise!

The Commissioner for KESRA, Dr. Mugambi Mwirigi, was this morning elected as the new Chairman of the World Customs Organization’s Regional Training Centers for East and Southern Africa. The WCO-ESA region covers 24 countries.

The Commissioner is currently attending a series of WCO regional meetings in Pretoria, South Africa.
