2. A copy of National Id.
3. Hand written application letter (name the prison you want to work)
4. Certificate of good conduct
5. Two colored passport
6. Insurance letter seek one from the university legal office(administration building),if urgent seek one from a commercial insurance agency

UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI HEALTH SERVICES
1. Write a letter to the Chief Medical officer through the dean of students through the Chair of department sociology and social work.
2. Take the letter to the Chief Medical office, (Hall 3).
