​This expansion represents our unwavering commitment to providing diverse, specialized and high-level legal training. The five programs submitted for accreditation are:

Our very own teams delivered an outstanding performance at the 6th Prof. Musili Wambua Moot Court Competition!
Esther Mwangangi and Khakasa Favor advanced to the Quarterfinals, with Khakasa Favor earning the Best Female Oralist award🎉🎉.
Narah Yegoh and Lenny Wambua also impressed, progressing to the Semifinals.
We also recognize the invaluable efforts of our researchers, Shaddy Blare and Keith, whose contribution was key to the teams’ success.

We proudly celebrate our very own Austin Okinyi, Emmanuel Kalama and Abigael Tabrandy for their outstanding debut at the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition 2026.
The team delivered an impressive performance, advancing to the Semi-Finals and securing 2nd place on merit nationally. We also celebrate Emmanuel Kalama for being named Best Male Oralist🎉 of the competition.
We are equally grateful to the coach, Levy Masinde whose guidance made this achievement possible.
The journey continues as the team heads to represent Kenya at the African Regional Rounds in South Africa this May 🇰🇪

We proudly celebrate the outstanding performance of our students at the 14th Edition of the The All Kenyan Moot Court Competition (AKMCC). ⚖️🏛️
Ezra Makori and Joyce Wambui advanced to the Quarter-Finals, earning Best Applicant Memorial and Best Overall Memorials. 👏
Mercy Cheruiyot and Somane Abdijabir reached the Semi-Finals, securing an impressive third-place overall finish. 🥉
Special recognition to Joy Jebet for an outstanding 82.5 aggregate score, and to our coaches Samson Muchiri, Celine Maina, and Levy Masinde for their invaluable mentorship. 🙌

Kabarak Law School is honoured to be represented by a distinguished delegation at the solemn Opening of the Judicial Year and the celebration of the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights at 20.

Our delegation comprises of Elvis Mogesa, the Immediate Former Editor-in-Chief, Kabarak Law Review; James Mulei, Current Editor-in-Chief, KLR; Mr Kelly Malenya, Head of Department, Kabarak Clacle, and Ms Chepkorir Sambu, Centre for Multiple Justice Systems.

We are especially proud to mark a significant milestone in our partnership with the African Court through the curation of joint scholarly publications. Kabarak Law School is committed to fostering access to justice through our specialized department, the Centre for Legal Aid and Clinical Legal Education (CLACLE).

We are proud to announce that CLACLE's monthly Open Legal Aid Clinic will take place this Wednesday, February 25th, at the Law School premises.

​This initiative is designed to offer professional legal support to students, faculty, and the wider community. The CLACLE team will be available to provide guidance on various legal challenges such as succession and inheritance matters, cases involving sexual offences and any other legal issue.

​We invite you to join the Legal Aid Clinic from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM or the afternoon session from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Kabarak Law School had the honour of hosting Prof. (Dr.) Leïla Choukroune, Professor of International Law and Director of the Global Justice and Rights Research Centre at the University of Portsmouth, for a distinguished public lecture on contemporary developments in International Investment Law.

Her lecture, “𝑩𝒆𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑩𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍: 𝑹𝒆𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑻𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔,” challenged students to critically examine Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS), corporate accountability, sustainable development, and the evolving global investment framework, equipping our future legal professionals with globally relevant perspectives.
