As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, the Introduction to Hospitality skills course with Saruni Basecamp focused on strengthening the theoretical foundation of aspiring chefs already active in the industry. The training enhanced their understanding of service excellence, professionalism, and industry standards, complementing their existing practical experience. More than just knowledge transfer, the program reinforced confidence, refined professional practice, and empowered participants to deliver greater value within their workplaces and the wider community.

World Wildlife Day offers us an opportunity to focus on solutions and to reflect on the importance of protecting our planet’s incredible wildlife. It reminds us of the irreplaceable contributions that wildlife makes to the health, balance, and resilience of our natural world.

On this day, we celebrate not only our wildlife but also the Mara community and our member conservancies, on whose land wildlife continues to thrive. Through their dedication, generosity, and commitment to community-based conservation, wildlife finds a secure home — and future generations inherit a living, thriving ecosystem.
