All in sudden,
After all it did happen
None expected
Or even predicted
A beautiful morning
Only the day to end in mourning
What a fate
Making everything unfortunate

None knows tommorow
Even at c***s crow
It's never promised
For life is sophisticated
Above all is a gift
And goes like a lift
None can manage to pay
So make each; a Thanksgiving day

Last night I remember
Before every family member
Dad and mom staged a war
They burned off the love star

They were forced to join the war,
Leaving us behind with no care,
Nor even a place to shelter on,©

HIM
Him
Years we’ve met
Charming sweet you were
First word was like hymn
Words that made me smile at the thought of him
His first call light touch my heart like butterfly wings
And his presence made me sink
To me, he was a win
For him, I could sin
‘’ my other half.’
I thought

He is beautiful
And stole my heart
Oh what about that smile
A smile that made my heart race for a mile
At least I won’t be blamed for falling in love;
Would help me during a fall
Cry with me when hurt
He, my best friend
He loved me
I thought

He said
‘’I hate you
So Much but somehow
Meeting you was by chance.’’
The only person whose jokes I found them so funny
The only person I could sit quietly, call talking nothing
‘’You am not good for me.’’
The last words from him
I had to learn
The bitter truth
He was gone

I need my words to rhyme
In order to fight these crimes
Corruption, theft, police brutality
And all kind of social insanity

I don't care how deep the state is
After all I'm a hustler in this nation
I write in seek for justice
Maybe I'll free you all from this injustices

Just like "Shamba la Wanyama"
We're sinking like the Titanic
In the pacific
Ragged with wars and filled with scars

Omondi, Hassan and Wanyama
No matter the tribe
Let's all unite

With words lets fight, for one another
Not each other, till we make it right

*Teachers-Noble Beings.*

Out of darkness you lead
To any who comes your way
Part of your light you offer
Regardless of how much is the pay.
The world of words you introduce
To any, not signing any truce.

A day's celebration you aint worthy
Priceless as precious pearls you are
With sun rays reflecting you're shinning
To every eye in the world existing
Could it be the sun rose only today?!
You are bulb that has been lighting
A world that was never acknowledging
Could it be the bulb broke only today?!

Potraying the potentials that lie inside
Every soul on earth is your sole mission
Bringing out burried capabilities
Is your profession's aim and vision.

Teaching is the noblest of careers
A job it can never be, its a confession
I confidently claim after deep reflection
On how teachers are burden carriers.
Only teachers let their shoulder
To be ignorants' and fools' ladder
As they make up to the mountains
To be chaplains, doctors and captains.

The sun is yet to rise for the day
You will be called out and they say
You're the doctors of a mysterious disease
Ignorance- and in your absence we're all deceased.

How in words can I honour you?!
How in words can I unveil you ?!
Another stanza no more try
With you worth, my pen's ink is dry.

You're a dreamer
I mean a winner
Your words make me better
One day
They see how smart you are
And be a ashamed
Okay I'll never give up
I'll never say never
I'll stay strong ever
You ain't like any other
In you knowledge I gather
