Vantha PHALLY, an edu-trainer, graduated with a BA in English Education from the University of Battambang (UBB) and a BBA specialized in Marketing Management from the University of Management and Economics (UME), Cambodia. He graduated with a Master's Degree in TESOL from UBB. Meanwhile, he was granted a Master of Education at Masaryk University, Czech Republic. Currently, He is Center Manager at
UCMAS Cambodia, Battambang Branch. In the meantime, he serves as Project Manager and Co-Founder of CDL (Community for Distance Learning). 2018-2019, he was obliged as Head of the Academic Office at Asian Bridge International School (ABIS). He had worked as a coordinator of the English for Adults Program and English lecturer at UBB for 7 years. He also served as English Teacher/Coordinator for the English Access Micro-Scholarship Program supported by the U.S Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, US Embassy to Cambodia at the UBB for two years and he was a member of the Lower Mekong Initiative Professional Communication Skills for Leaders (LMI PCSL) Community of Practice (CoP). He is also a core member of CoP Siem Reap, Leadership Solution Cambodia (LSC), and a Co-Founder of English Teacher in Battambang Community. With more than 10 years in education and management, his areas of specialization are TESOL, Educational Training and Assessment, Curriculum Design, Management in Administrative and Human Recourse, and Marketing and Business Research.
