ពិធីការពារនិក្ខេបបទបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់......................................................
នៅថ្ងៃទី ២២–២៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិបាត់ដំបង បានរៀបចំពិធីការពារនិក្ខេបបទបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ ប្រកបដោយភាពអធិកអធម និងមានសារៈសំខាន់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពសិក្សា ស្រាវជ្រាវ និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈរបស់និស្សិតថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់។ ពិធីការពារនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងឱ្យបេក្ខជនមានឱកាសបង្ហាញសមិទ្ធផលនៃការសិក្សា និងការស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់ខ្លួន ដោយបង្ហាញពីសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការកំណត់បញ្ហាស្រាវជ្រាវ ការរៀបចំគោលបំណង និងសំណួរស្រាវជ្រាវ ការអនុវត្តវិធីសាស្ត្រស្រាវជ្រាវ ការវិភាគទិន្នន័យ ការបកស្រាយលទ្ធផល ព្រមទាំងការផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ដែលអាចរួមចំណែកដល់ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងសង្គម និងការអភិវឌ្ឍស្ថាប័ន។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ មានបេក្ខជនថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់សរុបចំនួន ៦១ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមាននារី ៣០ នាក់ សរសេរនិក្ខេបបទជាលក្ខណៈបុគ្គលដែលបានចូលរួមការពារនិក្ខេបបទរបស់ខ្លួន តាមជំនាញសិក្សាចំនួន ៧ ជំនាញ រួមមាន៖
១. ជំនាញសហគ្រិនភាព និងនវានុវត្តន៍
២. ជំនាញរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ
៣. ជំនាញអភិបាលកិច្ច និងគោលនយោបាយសាធារណៈ
៤. ជំនាញបង្រៀនភាសាអង់គ្លេស
៥. ជំនាញនិរន្តរភាពកសិកម្ម
៦. ជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រងអប់រំ
៧. ជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រងអាជីវកម្មឌីជីថល
ពិធីការពារនិក្ខេបបទនេះ ក៏ជាវេទិកាវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់មួយ ដែលបេក្ខជនបានបង្ហាញនូវ ចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញស្រាវជ្រាវ សមត្ថភាពវិភាគ ការគិតវិភាគ និងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា តាមរយៈការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងការឆ្លើយតបចំពោះសំណួរ និងមតិយោបល់របស់គណៈកម្មការវាយតម្លៃ។ ការពារនិក្ខេបបទក៏បានផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យបេក្ខជនទទួលបានមតិយោបល់បែបស្ថាបនា ដើម្បីកែលម្អស្នាដៃស្រាវជ្រាវឱ្យកាន់តែមានគុណភាព ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ និងស្របតាមស្តង់ដារសិក្សាថ្នាក់ឧត្តមសិក្សា។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ពិធីការពារនិក្ខេបបទបានបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របសមជ្ឈ មណ្ឌលស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់វប្បធម៌ស្រាវជ្រាវ គុណភាពសិក្សា និងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សដែលមានសមត្ថភាព។ ស្នាដៃស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់បេក្ខជនទាំងអស់ មិនត្រឹមតែជាលក្ខខណ្ឌសម្រាប់បញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏ជាការរួមចំណែកដល់ការបង្កើតចំណេះដឹងថ្មី ការផ្តល់ភស្តុតាងសម្រាប់ការសម្រេចចិត្ត និងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជាក់ស្តែងនៅក្នុងសង្គម និងស្ថាប័នផងដែរ។ ជាពិសេស ការចូលរួមរបស់ បេក្ខជនសរុប ៦១ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះនារី ៣០ នាក់ បានបង្ហាញពីការរីកចម្រើននៃការចូលរួមក្នុងការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ និងការកើនឡើងនៃសមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់ធនធានមនុស្សនៅក្នុងវិស័យជាច្រើន។ នេះជាមូលដ្ឋានដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់ការបន្តអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សដែលមានចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញ សមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការច្នៃប្រឌិត ស្របតាមតម្រូវការនៃសង្គម និងទីផ្សារការងារក្នុងបរិបទបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
ពិធីការពារនិក្ខេបបទបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ គឺជាសកម្មភាពវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រដ៏មានអត្ថន័យ ដែលបានបង្ហាញពីសមិទ្ធផលនៃការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់បេក្ខជន សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ អ្នកដឹកនាំ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះមិនត្រឹមតែជាការបញ្ចប់ដំណាក់កាលសិក្សាមួយប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាការចាប់ផ្តើមនៃដំណើរថ្មីរបស់អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអ្នកជំនាញ ដែលអាចយកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ដែលទទួលបានទៅចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍស្ថាប័ន សហគមន៍ និងសង្គមឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពរីកចម្រើន និងចីរភាព។
Master’s Thesis Defense Ceremony.........................................................
On August 22–23, 2026, the Research and Development Center of the National University of Battambang (NUBB) successfully organized the Master’s Thesis Defense Ceremony, an important academic event aimed at strengthening students’ academic, research, and professional competencies. The ceremony provided an opportunity for master’s candidates to present their academic achievements and research findings, demonstrating their abilities to identify research problems, formulate research objectives and questions, apply appropriate research methodologies, analyze data, interpret findings, and provide recommendations that can contribute to addressing practical issues in society and supporting institutional development.
A total of 61 master’s candidates, including 30 female candidates, writing thesis as individual, participated in the thesis defense across seven academic programs, namely:
1.Entrepreneurship and Innovation
2.Public Administration
3.Governance and Public Policy
4.Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)
5.Sustainable Agriculture
6.Educational Management
7.Digital Business Management
The thesis defense also served as an important academic and scientific forum where candidates demonstrated their knowledge, research skills, analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through research presentations and responses to questions and comments from the evaluation committees. The defense process provided candidates with constructive feedback and valuable academic guidance to further improve the quality, rigor, accuracy, and relevance of their research in accordance with higher education standards.
At the same time, the thesis defense demonstrated the strong commitment of the Research and Development Center to promoting a culture of research, enhancing academic quality, and developing highly qualified human resources. The research conducted by the candidates represents not only an academic requirement for the completion of their master’s degrees but also a meaningful contribution to the generation of new knowledge, the provision of evidence for decision-making, and the addressing of practical challenges within institutions and society.
In particular, the participation of 61 candidates, including 30 female candidates, reflects the growing participation in postgraduate education and the increasing development of research capacity among human resources across diverse fields. This achievement provides an important foundation for the continued development of human resources equipped with knowledge, professional skills, research competencies, and innovative capacities in response to the evolving needs of society and the contemporary labor market.
The Master’s Thesis Defense Ceremony was a meaningful academic and scientific activity that highlighted the achievements and dedicated efforts of the candidates, faculty members, academic leaders, and all relevant stakeholders. The event represented not only the completion of an important stage of academic study but also the beginning of a new journey for researchers and professionals who can apply the knowledge, skills, and experiences they have gained to contribute to the development of institutions, communities, and society toward greater progress and sustainability...........................................................
