Passerelles numériques Cambodia (PNC) is a non-profit and training center in Information Technoloy (IT), building for underserved Cambodian youths "a gateway for life". Passerelles Numériques Cambodia (PNC) is a non-profit organization and an Information Technology (IT) training center operating in Cambodia since 2005. Our mission is to unlock the potential of the most underprivileged and the most

precarious Cambodian youths through demanding training in the digital sector. Thanks to education and access to decent and stable employment, they should escape poverty in a sustainable way along with their families, and they should contribute to the social and economic development of their country. In our training center located in Phnom Penh, students are provided with a 2-year fully funded vocational training program in Web Development. During those two years, the gain key technical knowledge in IT but also and precious general professional life and soft skills such as English, open-mindedness, autonomy and resourcefulness. At the end of their training with PNC students graduate with an associate degree and 100% of them are hired within 3 months in a stable position. Since 2005, PNC has trained 1693 students and has enabled 6 000 Cambodian people to be lifted out of poverty. Passerelles Numériques also operates in Vietnam, The Philippines and Madagascar.

On April 10th, 2026, PNC students joined a Professional Life (PL) Workshop on developing engaging CVs and Cover Letters for the tech industry.

We were pleased to welcome a guest speaker from HRINC Cambodia, who shared practical insights and tips on how to craft professional, eye-catching application documents. Students learned how to effectively highlight their technical skills, academic projects, and relevant experiences, while also understanding the importance of tailoring cover letters to reflect their motivation, alignment with the role, and interest in the company.

This workshop is an important step in preparing our students for upcoming internship and job opportunities, helping them approach applications with confidence and clarity.✨

The day was filled with rich cultural experiences, including the beloved tradition of Khmer cake making, where our community came together to learn, share, and celebrate. We were also delighted to have our PNC Ambassador, Sydney Marith, join us in the festivities—embracing the experience and learning to make Khmer cakes alongside our students. 🫔✨

នៅថ្ងៃទី 29 ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ 2026 Passerelles Numériques Cambodia បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធី Full Stack Developer Workshop សម្រាប់និស្សិតឆ្នាំទី២ ចំនួន 77 នាក់ ដើម្បីបង្កើតឱកាសឲ្យនិស្សិតស្វែងយល់អំពីដំណើរការពេញលេញនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍកម្មវិធី និងវេបសាយសម័យទំនើប។

ចាប់ពីផ្នែក frontend ទៅ backend និង database integration និស្សិតបានទទួលចំណេះដឹងយ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយអំពីរបៀបបង្កើតផលិតផលឌីជីថលពិតៗ។ 🚀

On 29 March 2026, Passerelles Numériques Cambodia proudly hosted a Full Stack Developer Workshop for 77 second-year students — creating a dynamic space to explore the complete workflow of modern web development.

From frontend to backend and database integration, students gained a holistic understanding of how real-world digital products are built. 🚀

The session featured three inspiring alumni who led parallel breakout sessions, allowing for more interactive discussions and hands-on learning. Through their experiences, students discovered practical tools, industry best practices, and the realities of working in tech.

Our second-year students recently had the opportunity to visit our valued university partners, Western University, Asia Euro University, University of Puthisastra, and BELTEI University, to explore their options for continuing higher education after PNC.📚

From insightful presentations on academic programs, admission processes, and scholarship opportunities to engaging Q&A sessions with university representatives, students gained valuable knowledge to help shape their future decisions.🚀

The campus tours offered a closer look into university life, with visits to classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and student spaces—bringing their future learning environment to life.
