នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៩រោច ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យការពារជាតិ មានកិត្តិយសសហការជាមួយការិយាល័យអនុព័ន្ធយោធា នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា រៀបចំ វេទិកា «អង្គរ-មហាកំពែង» ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យការពារជាតិ ក្រោមប្រធានបទសំខាន់ចំនួន ២ គឺ៖

១.សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពក្នុងតំបន់ គាំទ្រដោយចំណងមិត្តភាពដែកថែបកម្ពុជា-ចិន និង
២. វប្បធម៌ និងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររួមរបស់កម្ពុជា-ចិន ក្នុងការបណ្តុះមនសិការស្នេហាជាតិ។

វេទិកានេះបានប្រមូលផ្តុំនូវវាគ្មិនល្បីឈ្មោះថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ដែលរួមមាន៖

វាគ្មិនភាគីកម្ពុជា៖
• ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត ផាត កុសល រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាទីប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
• ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត យង់ ពៅ អ្នកជំនាញវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ និងជាអគ្គលេខាធិការរាជបណ្ឌិត្យសភាកម្ពុជា។
• លោកជំទាវ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ណឹម សុវត្តី អគ្គនាយករង នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាននយោបាយ និងកិច្ចការបរទេស និងជានាយកអង្គភាពសេនាតេជោ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ។

• សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ បណ្ឌិត លីវ ធីវ៉ា ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធបុរសនៃបណ្ឌិតសភាសិក្សាប្រទេស និងតំបន់ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យសិក្សាអន្តរជាតិប៉េកាំង។

វេទិកានេះមានគោលបំណងជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈ និងការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ លើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីបញ្ហាសន្តិភាព សន្តិសុខ និងស្ថិរភាពក្នុងតំបន់ ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីគុណតម្លៃនៃប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ និងវប្បធម៌រួមរវាងកម្ពុជា និងចិន។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ វេទិកាក៏មានគោលបំណងរួមចំណែកពង្រឹងចំណងមិត្តភាពដែកថែប និងភាពជាដៃគូសហប្រតិបត្តិការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ និងស្ថិតស្ថេរបន្ថែមទៀត។

On Friday, 7 August 2026, the National Defence University has the honour of co-hosting, in collaboration with the Office of the Military Attaché of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia, the 2026 Angkor–Great Wall Forum at the National Defence University.

The Forum is held under two principal themes:
1. Peace and stability for the region supported by Sino-Cambodia Ironclad Friendship; and
2. Our shared culture and history of patriotism education
The Forum brings together distinguished national and international scholars and experts, including:

+ Cambodian Speakers:

• H.E. Dr. Phat Kosal, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Personal Advisor to Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
• H.E. Dr. Yong Peou, Political Scientist and Secretary-General of the Royal Academy of Cambodia.
• Lieutenant General Nem Sowathey, Deputy Director General of Policy and Foreign Affairs, Director of Sena Techo Unit, Ministry of National Defence.
• Brigadier General KEO Cheysothearith Deputy Director of Defence College National Defence University.

+ Chinese Speakers:

• Dr. Victor Zhikai Gao, Chairman of China Energy Security Institute, Vice President of Center for China and Globalization and Chair Professor of Soochow University
• Professor Dr. Liu Tiewa, Executive Dean of Country and Area Studies Academy at Beijing Foreign Studies Univeristy
• Dr. GU Jiayun, Vice Dean of School of Asian Studies and Director of Center for Cambodian Studies, Beijing Foreign Studies University.

The Forum aims to promote academic dialogue and the exchange of perspectives on regional peace, security, and stability, while enhancing mutual understanding of the shared historical and cultural values of Cambodia and China. It also seeks to strengthen the ironclad friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries through deeper academic cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.

On the evening of Monday, 27 July 2026, H.E. Lieutenant General Dok Sopha, Rector of the National Defence University, led a delegation from the National Defence University to attend the ceremony commemorating the 99th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. The ceremony was presided over by Samdech Pichey Sena Five-Star General Tea Banh, Supreme Privy Councillor to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Wang Wenbin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The event was held at the Shangri-La Phnom Penh.

In the afternoon of Monday, 20 July 2026, His Excellency Lieutenant General DOK Sopha, Rector of the National Defence University, received a courtesy call and held an exchange of views with a delegation from the Military Science Institute of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, led by Brigadier General Nguyen Dinh Chung, Political Director of the Military Science Institute of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The meeting focused on discussions under the topic: “Assessment of the Current Situation and Proposed Solutions to Strengthen and Enhance Defence and Security Cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia in the Future.”

Cambodia Deepens Defence Education Partnerships with Australia and France

PHNOM PENH, July 15, 2026 – Cambodia's National Defence University has held high-level talks with Australian and French defence officials this week, as the Kingdom continues to expand its international cooperation in military education.

Lieutenant General Dok Sopha, Rector of the National Defence University, hosted separate working meetings with representatives from both countries. On July 14, he met with Major Stuart Patterson, Australia's Defence Cooperation Education Officer, to review progress in bilateral military education and discuss new cooperation initiatives.

The previous day, the rector held discussions with Lieutenant Colonel Olivier Legrand, Head of the French Defence Cooperation Mission, to assess past achievements and explore upcoming projects to strengthen the partnership.

Both meetings underscored Cambodia's commitment to building robust international ties in defence education, with the National Defence University seeking to enhance the professional development of its military personnel through collaboration with Australia and France.

The discussions focused on expanding cooperation and deepening the exchange of expertise, reflecting the shared vision of all parties to foster a more capable and professionally trained military workforce.

Last Friday, we met with Chinese friends. On Monday, we met with French friends. And today, Australian friends; all through international cooperation program. 🌏🤝

On Tuesday afternoon, 14 July 2026, H.E. The meeting aimed to review the progress of bilateral cooperation in the field of military education to date, as well as to discuss new initiatives and future cooperation plans to be implemented in the near future. The discussion was focused on further strengthening and expanding cooperation and relations between the National Defence University and the Australian side.
