ទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ យោងតាមការណែនាំពី លោកបណ្ឌិត ជួប រតនា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ លោក សាំង ចន្ធូ អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស ដើម្បីធ្វើបទបង្ហាញលើប្រធានបទ «អន្តរវប្បធម៌ក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍»។

កម្មវិធីនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកជំទាវ វណ្ណ សេរីរ័ត្ន អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍, ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហៃ អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងជាតំណាងរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម ឃួង ស្រេង អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធសរុបប្រមាណ ១៣០នាក់។

គោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ រួមមាន៖
១. លើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីភាពខុសគ្នានៃវប្បធម៌រវាងជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។
២. បណ្តុះបណ្តាលសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង និងបម្រើភ្ញៀវទេសចរប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈខ្ពស់។
៣. ពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញអន្តរវប្បធម៌ ដើម្បីបង្កើនគុណភាពសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍។
៤. ជំរុញឱ្យមានការគោរព ការបត់បែន និងការសម្របសម្រួលទៅតាមបរិបទវប្បធម៌ចម្រុះ។
៥. រួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់រូបភាពនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពទាក់ទាញ និងប្រកួតប្រជែងលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

Workshop on "Enhancing Tourism Accommodation and Catering Services in Preparation for the 20th Francophonie Summit 2026, incorporating Training on Interculturality and Hospitality in Tourism"

Ministry of Tourism: On the morning of April 24, 2026, acting under the guidance of Dr. Chuob Ratana, Director of the Tourism Professional Training Department, Mr. Sang Chanthou, Deputy Director of the Tourism Professional Training Department, participated as a guest speaker to present on the topic “Interculturality in Tourism.”

The workshop was presided over by H.E. Vann Sereyroth, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Tourism and High Representative of the Minister of Tourism, alongside H.E. Huot Hai, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh and Representative of H.E. Khuong Sreng, Governor of Phnom Penh. The event was attended by approximately 130 key stakeholders.

The primary objectives of this session included:
1. Raising awareness of cultural diversities between national and international contexts.
2. Cultivating professional communication and service delivery skills for the tourism sector.
3. Strengthening intercultural knowledge and skills to enhance overall tourism service quality.
4. Promoting mutual respect, adaptability, and cultural integration within diverse contexts.

បទសម្ភាសន៍នេះបានផ្តោតសំខាន់លើកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញដុតនំ ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការរវាងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឧត្តមភាពម្ហូបអាហារម៉ីសាន (Maison Culinary School) ជូនដល់បុគ្គលិកបម្រើការងារក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ យុវជន សិស្ស និស្សិត និងសាធារណជន។ កម្មវិធីនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងជំនាញដុតនំ និងផលិតកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះបានចាប់ផ្តើមកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៤០រូប (វេនព្រឹក ២០រូប និងវេនរសៀល ២០រូប)។ សិក្ខាកាមត្រូវសិក្សាទាំងទ្រឹស្តី និងការអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់សរុបចំនួន ៧២ម៉ោង លើបច្ចេកទេសធ្វើនំចំនួន ១០មុខ។ កម្មវិធីសិក្សាត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងយ៉ាងសម្រិតសម្រាំង ដោយសិក្សាទ្រឹស្តីមួយសប្តាហ៍ និងអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់នៅសប្តាហ៍បន្ទាប់ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវសមត្ថភាពពេញលេញស្របតាមតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារ។ ក្រោយបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា សិក្ខាកាមនឹងទទួលបានវិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់សមត្ថភាពផ្លូវការពីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍។

គួររំលឹកផងដែរថា កន្លងមកក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឧត្តមភាពម្ហូបអាហារម៉ីសាន បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ៧ជំនាន់រួចមកហើយ ដែលមានសិក្ខាកាមសរុប ១៩៨នាក់ និងបានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញជូនដល់សិក្ខាកាមចំនួន ២,៧១០នាក់បន្ថែមទៀត។

The Ministry of Tourism Prioritizes Vocational Excellence through Free Professional Bakery Training for Cambodian Youth

Phnom Penh: On the morning of April 24, 2026, acting under the guidance of Dr. Chuob Ratana, Director of Tourism Professional Training Department, Mr. Chek Kearun, Deputy Director of the Department, participated in an exclusive interview with BTV's "My Career" program to discuss the 8th generation of the Free Professional Bakery Training Course.

This initiative is a strategic collaboration between the Ministry of Tourism and the Maison Culinary School (Center of Excellence in Food). The program is designed for tourism professionals, students, and the general public, aiming to enhance expertise in bakery and food production—a critical sector in meeting the evolving demands of both domestic and international tourists.

The current training cycle commenced on February 13, 2026, comprising 40 participants divided into morning and afternoon sessions. The curriculum spans 72 hours of intensive instruction, covering 10 distinct pastry varieties. The pedagogical approach alternates weekly between theoretical frameworks and hands-on practical application to ensure students meet contemporary labor market standards. Upon successful completion, graduates will be awarded official vocational certificates from the Ministry of Tourism.

To date, this partnership has successfully concluded seven cohorts of in-person training, benefiting 198 students, alongside a robust online training initiative that has reached an additional 2,710 participants.

The Ministry of Tourism highly commends the Maison Culinary School for its unwavering commitment and social responsibility. By actively collaborating with the Royal Government, the center provides essential technical resources that significantly elevate the quality of human capital within the industry. To enhance the competencies of professionals currently working in the tourism sector and to enable them to attain higher qualifications, as well as to strengthen their knowledge in utilizing the ASEAN Toolboxes and methodologies for curriculum development and instructional delivery in accordance with ASEAN Common Competency Standards, the Ministry of Tourism hereby encourages trainers from training institutions, centers, associations, organizations, hotels, and tourism professionals to participate in the National Trainer Training Program in Hospitality Services (National Trainers) for the year 2026.

The training will be conducted free of charge in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Preah Sihanouk provinces.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be awarded a certificate by the Ministry of Tourism and will become nationally recognized trainers, contributing to the development of skilled professionals in hospitality services in collaboration with the Secretariat of the National Tourism Professional Committee of the Ministry of Tourism.

Ministry of Tourism: On the afternoon of April 23, 2026, the working group continued detailed deliberations on the draft Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) Package for National Tourism Qualifications. This session specifically focused on Housekeeping and Food Production skills for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Certificates 1, 2, and 3.

To ensure a comprehensive review, participants were divided into two specialized technical groups to provide strategic input on the following key areas:
1. Assessment criteria for written and oral examinations.
2. Grading rubrics and practical performance evaluation standards.

The workshop benefited from the active participation of industry experts and technical educators. Their collaborative efforts aimed to refine the assessment frameworks to meet modern national standards and align with international benchmarks. This initiative ensures that the finalized standards are both high-quality and contextually relevant to Cambodia’s evolving tourism sector.

This development represents a significant milestone in advancing human capital and strengthening professional competencies, ultimately fostering a more competitive and sustainable tourism industry in Cambodia.

កន្លងមក គណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងហូកា ក្រោមសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញ (SDP) នៃអង្គការស្វីសខន់ថាក់ បានសម្រេចការងារសំខាន់ៗស្របតាមក្របខណ្ឌគុណវុឌ្ឍិជាតិកម្ពុជា (CQF) រួមមាន៖ (១) កម្រងសមត្ថភាព (២) ស្តង់ដាសមត្ថភាព និង (៣) កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្អែកលើសមត្ថភាព។

សម្រាប់កិច្ចប្រជុំនាថ្ងៃនេះ អង្គប្រជុំបានបែងចែកជាពីរក្រុមបច្ចេកទេស ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើជំនាញការិយាល័យជួរមុខ និងជំនាញសេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ ដោយផ្តោតលើចំណុចសំខាន់ៗដូចជា៖

Ministry of Tourism Convenes Technical Meeting to Review Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) Packages in Hotel Sector!

Ministry of Tourism: On April 22, 2026, with the high authorization of H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, the HoKa Steering Committee of the Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with Swisscontact, held a technical meeting to review and provide recommendations on the draft "Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) Packages." These packages pertain to the National Tourism Qualifications (Technical and Vocational Certificates 1, 2, and 3) for Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service, and Food Preparation.

The session was presided over by Dr. Kim Bunnara, Deputy Director of the Tourism Professional Training Department and representative of Dr. Chuob Ratana, Director of the Tourism Professional Training Department and Head of the HoKa Steering Committee Secretariat. The meeting was attended by approximately 45 stakeholders, including representatives from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, Swisscontact, tourism associations, vocational schools, as well as national professors and master trainers.

Under the framework of the Cambodia Qualifications Framework (CQF), the HoKa Project, supported by the Skills Development Programme (SDP) of Swisscontact, has successfully developed three foundational pillars: (1) Competency Profiles, (2) Competency Standards, and (3) Competency-Based Curricula.

During today's session, participants were divided into two technical working groups to deliberate on Front Office and Food and Beverage Service skills. The discussions focused on:
1. Establishing assessment criteria for written and oral examinations.
2. Developing scoring rubrics for practical performance assessments.

The technical consultation will continue on the afternoon of April 23, 2026, focusing on the assessment packages for Housekeeping and Food Preparation skills.

His Excellency Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over the opening ceremony of the written examination for the selection of candidates to enroll in the National Tourist Guide Training Course, 7th Generation, and the Phnom Penh and surrounding regional course, 21st Generation to train and enhance the professional capacity of tourist guides in line with national and international standards, in order to support the sustainable, inclusive, and innovative development of Cambodia’s tourism sector.

The ceremony was attended by senior leaders of the Ministry of Tourism; Dr. Chea Sophea, Rector of Human Resources University; Lok Chumteav Chhay Sivlin, President of the Cambodia tourism association; Mr. Chhun Samnang, President of the Phnom Penh Tourist Guide Association; representatives from the Anti-Corruption Unit; representatives from provincial and municipal departments of tourism; as well as many candidates who aspire to develop themselves into professional tourist guides and contribute to the enhancing of Cambodia’s tourism industry.

On this occasion, His Excellency the Minister emphasized that human resource development in the tourism sector is a fundamental pillar for improving the quality of tourism services and enhancing Cambodia’s competitiveness on the international stage. Tourist guides serve as ambassadors who promote Cambodia’s culture, history, and national identity to visitors from around the world.

At the same time, His Excellency encouraged all candidates to strive to demonstrate their abilities and strictly adhere to the examination regulations to ensure accuracy, transparency, and fairness, in line with the principle: “Those who are knowledgeable will pass.”

Working Meeting with Representatives of the Tourism Management Institute of the Hunan International Business Vocational College, People’s Republic of China, to Enhance Cambodia-China Cooperation in Vocational Tourism Training

Ministry of Tourism: On the afternoon of March 21, 2026, Dr. Chuob Ratana, Director of Tourism Professional Training Department and Head of the National Committee for Tourism Professionals Secretariat, led a technical delegation to meet with representatives from the Tourism Management Institute of the Hunan International Business Vocational College. The primary objective was to review and bolster bilateral cooperation in vocational education and academic exchange programs.

During the session, both parties discussed the development of labor market-driven training programs, standardized curricula, and the integration of digital technology in pedagogy. Emphasis was placed on enhancing the capacity of master trainers and establishing professional internship frameworks within hotels, restaurants, and tourism establishments locally and abroad for the 2027–2028 academic cycle.

Notably, in 2025, the Department collaborated with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China and the Hunan International Business Vocational College to conduct a 10-day "Advanced Capacity Building for Chinese-Speaking Tour Guides" program in Siem Reap for 50 participants, featuring expertise from Chinese visiting professors.

Dr. Chuob Ratana underscored that strengthening vocational training quality is the cornerstone of elevating hospitality services and Cambodia’s regional competitiveness. He extended his profound appreciation to the leadership and faculty of the Hunan International Business Vocational College for their continued commitment to human resource development within Cambodia’s tourism sector.
