Few speakers at our Leaders Forum brought a story as personal as Sophorn Chhay's.

Born Cambodian, raised in France after part of her childhood as a refugee in Thailand — she made the choice in 2016 to come home. Not just home to Cambodia, but home as an entrepreneur, with a mission.

Today she's of HR Code, sits on the boards of the European Chamber of Commerce and the International Business Chamber Cambodia, and has spent 20+ years across scientific research, luxury business, and education.

🎓 Supporting Our Students Beyond the Research Proposal

Last Saturday, Paragon International University organized a focused research seminar for our Doctor of Business Administration students.

Led by Dr. Shad Ahmad Khan, the session explored how doctoral researchers can develop strong research ideas into conference presentations, academic publications, and meaningful research impact.

The small-group format allowed students to benefit from direct discussion, practical guidance, and personalized feedback related to their doctoral research journey.

We sincerely thank Dr. Shad Ahmad Khan for sharing his valuable experience and expertise, as well as our DBA students for their active participation and engagement throughout the seminar.

The results highlighted a strong interest in and Productivity, which emerged as the leading topic. This reflects the growing attention given to how artificial intelligence can support professionals, organizations, and business leaders in their daily work.

We are pleased to announce that **Ms. Sivhuang Lay** will be the moderator of the panel discussion at the **MBA Leaders Forum: Grow. Lead. Build.**

The panel discussion will take place after the keynote presentations by **Ms. Sophorn Chhay**, **Mr. Raymond Sia**, and **Ms. Kounila Keo**, who will share their insights on leadership, professional growth, and entrepreneurship.

Ms. Sivhuang Lay is a digital transformation leader and advocate for technology education in Cambodia, with more than a decade of experience across fintech, e-commerce, digital education, and public policy advisory in China, Europe, and Cambodia.
