What is the difference between a UK and US Bachelor Degree
The difference between an English/Welsh Bachelor degree and a USA one – the English/Welsh Bachelor degrees are generally designed to take 3 years of Fulltime study. While the US Bachelor degree is designed to take 4 years. Scotland has a system where the first degree at the “old” (e.g. University of Edinburgh) Universities is a four year Masters degree. Most English language countries follow either the English or US system of degrees. The English/Welsh education authorities claim most Secondary students need to complete 13 years of schooling before being eligible to enroll into a Bachelor degree, where US high school students graduate in 13 years.

When St Clements Institute applied for registration as a higher education institution with the
Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports_the body which sponsored it is St Clements University,
which was corporately registered in the Turks & Caicos Islands in the British West Indies. A
corporate branch of St Clements University was registered in Cambodia to operate the
sponsoring body.
On September 14th, 2012 the Cambodian Prime Minister’s office issued a decree which
authorized St Clements Institute to exist.
St Clements University on the 30th of October, 2018 became a Anonyme Societe which it still is
and have developed a number of higher education institutions world wide.
These include some which have local partners and some which are wholely owned by St
Clements University Anonyme Societe.
Amongst these are:
Ecole Superieure Universitaire St Clements and Commonwealth – This is a campus school in
Benin operating in partnership with Commonwealth University – Benin.
St Clements University – Niue – a corporate branch
IQY St Clements University of Kawthoolie State Myanmar/Burma: In partnership with IQY
University, St Clements University is also independently registered in Kawthoolie State
Myanmar/Burma.
SCPU higher education institute – Canton of Vaud, Switzerland – Same shareholders as St
Clements University Anonyme Societe.
St Clements University South Eastern State of the Republic of Somalia.

The Kawthoolie State Ministry of Education has agreed to recognise St Clements Institute as a Higher Education Institution operating in the Myanmar-Burma state of Kawthoolie. We are amongst the first foreign education institutions recognised by this state government.

One of St Clements Institute’s Board of Trustees members who is also Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Trustees has written a major book on Stock and Commodity Trading. The book can be purchased via Amazon and delivered either as a “hard copy” or e-copy to people living in Cambodia. To become a Trader, a person needs to have a Capital based on $US10,000 and ration each trade to 10% of the capital value. The Trader has a widget to use for trading. The book outlines the various systems successful Traders use to buy and sell their positions. All the systems are based on the principle of identifying when a major investor or investors are either buying or selling the stocks (Financial ?????) or commodities and how you should follow their moves. Once you select the trading system you feel good about following it. Expect to lose most of the time but the times you win should make up for these “losses”. In the age of the internet most of the world major financial and commodity markets can be accessed from anywhere in the world including Cambodia.
