Kolap4 is an orphanage which were establish by Royal Government of Cambodia to support high risk people, victims and who suffered from civil war specially women and children. This orphanage also got donation from NGO Side by Side Cambodia and Volunteer from other countries to support more than 125 children who lived in. Because the orphanage and volunteer support for the education so some childre

n could go to university after they graduate from high school that is the reason why Kolap4 have more adult. Kolap4 orphanage is located on street 269, Teuk La ark III, Toul Kork, Phnom Penh of Kingdom of Cambodia.
