ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១២ កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិសហគ្រិនភាព និងនវានុវត្តន៍ (NIEI) បានរៀបចំពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោល (Training of Trainers – TOT) កម្រិតសញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់បច្ចេកទេស ជំនាញព្យាបាល និងថែទាំស្បែកមុខ (ដំណាក់កាលទី២) ក្នុងគោលបំណងអនុវត្តគម្រោងគាំទ្រស្ត្រី ក្នុងវិស័យថែរក្សាសម្រស់ និងសហគ្រិនភាព។

ពិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម តាន់ កុសល នាយកវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិសហគ្រិនភាព និងនវានុវត្តន៍ រួមជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Fumiaki Takahashi ប្រធានសមាគមកម្ពុជា–ជប៉ុន (JCA) និងលោក Kazunori Kato នាយកក្រុមហ៊ុន iL BRiLLE Co., Ltd. ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសប្រមាណជាង ១០០ នាក់ រួមមានតំណាងសមាគម JCA ក្រុមហ៊ុន iL BRiLLE គ្រូបង្រៀន និងសិស្សានុសិស្ស នៃវិទ្យាស្ថាន NIEI។

គម្រោងនេះមានគោលបំណងគាំទ្រដល់ស្ត្រី តាមរយៈការផ្តល់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញព្យាបាល និងថែទាំស្បែកមុខ តាមស្តង់ដារបច្ចេកទេសជប៉ុន កម្រិតសញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់បច្ចេកទេស ដែលបង្រៀនដោយគ្រូជនជាតិជប៉ុន និងខ្មែរ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថាន NIEI ដោយផ្ទាល់។

On Monday, March 30, 2026, the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) organized a signing ceremony on Institutionalization & Training of Trainers (TOT) Framework
on Diploma of Beauty and Facial Therapy - Phase 2. This initiative is part of a project aimed at supporting women in the beauty and entrepreneurship sector.

The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Mr. Tan Kosal, Director General of the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI), with the distinguished presence of H.E. Mr. Fumiaki Takahashi, President of the Cambodia-Japan Association (JCA), and Mr. Kazunori Kato, President of iL BRiLLE Co., Ltd. The event was attended by approximately 100 distinguished delegates and guests, including representatives from JCA, iL BRiLLE Co., Ltd., as well as NIEI’s teachers and students.

This project aims to empower women by providing professional training in beauty and facial therapy at the Higher Diploma level, following Japanese technical standards. The training is delivered by both Japanese and Cambodian instructors at NIEI.

តំណាងឯកឧត្តម តាន់ កុសល នាយកវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិ សហគ្រិនភាព និងនវានុវត្តន៍ (NIEI) នៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខ្ញុំបានទទួលស្វាគមន៍គណៈប្រតិភូបារាំង ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកស្រី Lee Diane Vincent នាយកផ្នែកសិក្សា ពីវិទ្យាស្ថានបារាំងកម្ពុជា។ ខ្ញុំក៏បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីប្រវត្តិ និងកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរបស់វិទ្យាស្ថាន NIEI និងកម្មវិធីសហការជាមួយ OIF ហើយក៍នាំពួកគាត់ទៅទស្សនាបន្ទប់បណ្តុះបណ្តាលដែលកំពុងដំណើរការ ដើម្បីសង្កេតមើលសកម្មភាពបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផងដែរ។ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះមានគុណប្រយោជន៍ និងបានពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមអំពីការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញនៅវិទ្យាស្ថាន និងកិច្ចសហការរវាងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

On behalf of H. E. Tan Kosal, Director of National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) in this morning, I hosted a program to welcome a French delegation led by Ms. Lee Diane Vincent, Director of Courses from Institute of Francais Cambodge. I presented them about NIEI Background, NIEI Program and OIF programs and they also visited classrooms in action to observe trainings and learning activities. On behalf of H. E. Tan kosal, Director of National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) ,I am honored to attend Training Courses Opening Ceremony under the Project “Promotion of Sustainable Tourism.” funded by the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF). This initiative aims to provide technical skills such Barista, Bakery and Food Cooking ; and collaboration among stakeholders in order to support responsible tourism development. Through these classes, participants will gain valuable insights into sustainable practices that help protect natural and cultural resources while improving the livelihoods of local communities. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of all organisers, private sector partners, and participants who contribute to making this project possible, and I hope the trainings will be productive and beneficial for everyone involved.

ពិធីនេះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីមន្ត្រីតំណាងស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋតួកគីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា មន្ត្រីនៃទីភ្នាក់ងារ TIKA លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងសិស្សានុសិស្សរបស់វិទ្យាស្ថាន សរុបប្រមាណ ១៥០ នាក់។
ពិធីសម្ពោធដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់នេះ បង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ជិតស្និទ្ធ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពរវាងវិទ្យាស្ថាន និងភាគីសាធារណរដ្ឋតួកគី ក្នុងការគាំទ្រ និងលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលបច្ចេកទេស និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ សំដៅអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញជាក់ស្តែង ឆ្លើយតបតាមតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារ។

Mr. Tan Kosal, Director of National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) presided Inauguration Ceremony of Model Bakery and Pastry Classroom at National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) with H.E. Ms. Ülkü Kocaefe, the Ambassador of Türkiye to Cambodia and Mr. Burak Sarıtarla, TIKA Expert in charge of Southeast Asia Desk in the morning, January 26th, 2026. There were about 150 distinguished delegates and guests from Türkiye Embassy, The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) and NIEI’s teachers and students at NIEI. The ceremony bridges the closed relationship effectively between NIEI and the Embassy of Türkiye to promote the Technical Vocational Education and Training(TVET) in the market demand.
