កិច្ចប្រជុំស្តីពីការរៀបចំ វគ្គសិក្សាខ្លីៗ(skill) នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ហេង សំរិន ត្បូងឃ្មុំ។
ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១៤រោច ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ហេង សំរិន ត្បូងឃ្មុំ (UHST) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើការរៀបចំ និងអភិវឌ្ឍវគ្គសិក្សាខ្លី(skill) តម្រង់ទៅទីផ្សារការងារ ដែលស្ថិតក្រោមគម្រោង HEIP2។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតី៖
🔹 បណ្ឌិត កៅ សុវណ្ណសុផល តំណាងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានឧត្តមសិក្សា ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា
🔹 បណ្ឌិត ណូ ហ្វាតា តំណាងធនាគារពិភពលោក (World Bank)
🔹 ឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យរង ពិន វណ្ណារ៉ូ សាកលវិទ្យាធិការ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ហេង សំរិន ត្បូងឃ្មុំ
🔹 លោក ជិន យក់ សាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ហេង សំរិន ត្បូងឃ្មុំ
រួមជាមួយ ក្រុមការងារនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ហេង សំរិន ត្បូងឃ្មុំ ក្រុមការងារគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង (PMT) និងតំណាងមកពីធនាគារពិភពលោកជាច្រើនរូបផងដែរ។
💡 ខ្លឹមសារសំខាន់នៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សា៖
អង្គប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងលម្អិតពីរបៀបរៀបចំកម្មវិធីបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះឡើង ដើម្បីឲ្យស្របតាមស្តង់ដារគុណភាពអប់រំ។ កម្មវិធីនេះ គឺជាវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញខ្លីៗ ជាក់លាក់ និងងាយស្រួលបត់បែន ដែលជួយឱ្យនិស្សិត ឬអ្នកកំពុងធ្វើការ អាចរៀនជំនាញបន្ថែម (Upskilling & Reskilling) និងទទួលបានវិញ្ញាបនបត្រទទួលស្គាល់ជាផ្លូវការ។
ការផ្តួចផ្តើមបង្កើតកម្មវិធីសិក្សាថ្មីនេះឡើង គឺជាការឆ្លើយតបយ៉ាងរហ័សទៅនឹងការវិវឌ្ឍនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារក្នុងយុគសម័យឌីជីថល។ វាផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យយុវជន និងសាធារណជន អាចចំណាយពេលខ្លី ដើម្បីចាប់យកជំនាញពិតប្រាកដ និងអាចយកទៅអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់ក្នុងការងារបានភ្លាមៗ។

Meeting on the Development of Skill training Program at UHST
Friday, September 11, 2026 the University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum (UHST) held an important meeting to discuss the design and development of a new academic program called "Skill training", under the framework of the HEIP2 project.
The meeting was presided over by:
🔹 Dr. KAO Sovansophal, Representative of DGHE, Ministry of Education, youth and Sport
🔹 Dr. No Fata, Representative of the World Bank
🔹H.E. Assoc. Prof. Pin Vannaro, Rector of the University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum
🔹 Mr. Chin Yok, Vice-Rector of the University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum
They were actively joined by the UHST working group, the Project Management Team (PMT), and several representatives from the World Bank.
💡 Key Discussion Points:
The meeting discussed in detail how to structure the skill program to align with quality educational standards. This program offers short-term, highly specific, and flexible skills training, enabling students and working professionals to upgrade their skills (Upskilling & Reskilling) while earning officially recognized certificates.
The initiation of this new program is a swift response to technological advancements and the demands of the labor market in the digital age. It provides youth and the public with the opportunity to acquire practical skills in a short timeframe and apply them immediately in their careers.
