📢🔥 OUR FIRST DINNER EVENT IS FINALLY HERE! After two and a half years of online classes, you can meet your SDC professors and classmates! We have prepared a dinner event for you! Even though you haven’t declared your major as SDC or are not planning to, it is still an opportunity for you to meet with your professors and fellow SDC students. The dinner will be held on May 27th, Friday at 7:00 pm at 현명식탁 in Sinchon. 📢🔥

🔥This is a really good opportunity to interact with professors, ask questions, meet other SDC students and get to know each other. 🔥

Professor Semee Yoon, Professor Micheal Kim, and Professor Sohn Yul will be joining us! We hope to see you there!

Got a passion for Sustainable Development? Join the 5th Sustainable Development Goals Youth Summer Camp this summer!

UNOSD is organizing the 5th SDGs Youth Summer Camp from 17 - 20 August, 2021 in partnership with the Design Factory Korea of Yonsei University, the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Korea, and the Korea Environment Corporation.

🔎We are looking for young people who can solve the social problems of North Korea while dreaming of a Korea unification that we will face someday!🔍

Young People Interested in Unification and North Korea! If unification is possible, a young man who dreams of starting a business in North Korea!
Let's team up with a young North Korean defector and solve local problems with brilliant ideas!

Boot camp & incubation for "Korean Peninsula Change Maker" will be conducted in teams of four young people.
It is a program that proposes solutions to local problems designated by young North Korean defectors, and anyone who is interested in unification, entrepreneurship ideas, and creative problem solving can participate!😊

🕊SDC X Appenzeller Career Talk🕊

Hello!
This is the 6th SDC Student Council Rep Seoyoon Kim and Vice-rep Yoonjae Bae.

We will be inviting Kyuwon Yoh, one of the first graduates of Sustainable Development Cooperation major (SDC 14), to give a career talk and answer any questions you have about her career path, her work as a Sustainability Manager, or her UIC experience.

Kyuwon Yoh is currently working for POSCO International as a Sustainability Manager. She will speak on her experiences and activities as a UIC student and private corporation employment.

연세대학교 언더우드국제대학 지속개발협력학과
비상대책위원회 구성공고

연세대학교 언더우드국제대학 학생회장단 선거가 무산됨에 따라 지속개발협력과 학생 회칙 제83조 [비상대책위원회]에 의거, 11월 13일부터 비상대책위원회 체계를 수립하였습니다. 이에 따라 지속개발협력과 제 85조 [위원장]에 따라 11월 11일 지속개발협력과 운영위원회 회의에서 운영위원 전원이 참석하여 모두 찬성으로 비상대책위원장을 선출하였기에 이를 공고합니다. 비상대책 위원회는 기존의 지속개발협력과 학생회장단에 준하는 권한을 가지며, 후임 학생회장단이 선출되어 취임하는 날까지 그 권한을 행사하게 됩니다.

제83조 【비상대책위원회】
① 비상대책위원회는 다음 각 호에 해당할 때 해당 사항의 공고 48시간 후 구성된다. 단, 임기 종료일이 확정되지 않았을 때 잔여 임기의 계산을 위한 임기종료일은 11월 30일로 한다.
1. 회장단 선거가 무산될 때
2. 회장단 두 명 모두가 사퇴하고, 해당 회장단의 잔여 임기가 전체 임기의 4분의 1 이상을 넘지 않을 때
3. 회장단이 탄핵을 당하고, 해당 회장단의 잔여 임기가 전체 임기의 4분의 1 이상을 넘지 않을 때
② 제1항에 따라 비상대책위원회가 구성되면 각 국 국장은 비상대책위원이 된다.

제85조 【위원장】
① 비상대책위원장과 부비상대책위원장은 전대 회장단 중 선출한다.
② 전대 회장단이 비상대책위원장단을 할 수 없는 경우 비상대책위원들이 그 위원들 중 비상대책위원장단을 선출한다.
③ 비상대책위원장단은 운영위원회의 재적 위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석과 출석 위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 선출된다.
④ 비상대책위원장단은 학생회장단에 준하는 권한을 가진다.

NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND COOPERATION MAJOR
EMERGENCY EXIGENCY COMMITTEE

As a result of the nullification of Sustainable Development and Cooperation Student Council Election, the SDC Emergency Exigency Committee has been established as of November 13,2020, pursuant to Article 83 [Emergency Exigency Committee] of the SDC Constitution. At the SDC Congress Regular Session, SDC EEC Chairpersons were elected with all ‘for’ votes from all SDC Congress members pursuant to Article 85 [Chairperson]. The SDC EEC Chairperson/ Vice-Chairperson and the EEC has the authority corresponding to that of the SDC Student Assembly and shall retain its authority until the inauguration of the succeeding SDC Student Council Presidents.

Article 83 【Emergency Exigency Committee】
① The Emergency Exigency Committee is composed after forty-eight hours from notification of following cases. However, if the end-of-term date is not finalized, November 30th will be the end-of-term date for the calculation of remaining term.
1. In the case that the Presidential election is nullified
2. In the case that both the President and the Vice-President resign, and their remaining term does not exceed one-fourth of the total term.
3. In the case that the Presidents are impeached, and their remaining term does not exceed one-fourth of the total term.
② In the case that the Emergency Exigency Committee is elected as defined in Clause 1, all Department Directors become an Emergency Exigency Committee Member.

Article 85 【Chairperson】
① The Emergency Exigency Committee Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson are elected from one of the former Presidents.
② If the former presidents are unable to become the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson, Emergency Exigency Committee members elect among them.
③ The Emergency Exigency Committee Chairpersons are elected through the quorum of two-thirds of registered Congress members or more being present and two-thirds of present members or more voting for.
④ The Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson of the Emergency Exigency Committee has authority corresponding to that of the Presidents.
