추가로, 현재 저희 학생복지위원회에서는 공동구매 사업 기획을 위하여 온/오프라인 회의를 병행하고 있습니다.

사업 규모와 특성상 업체 미팅, 샘플 재질 검사, 디자인 회의 등으로 인하여 오프라인 회의가 필요한 경우가 많습니다.

그 외의 안건으로는 온라인 방식을 이용하고있으나,
불가피한 경우에는 학생복지위원회 사무실에서 오프라인 회의를 진행하고 있습니다.

회의 중에는 가능한 방역수칙을 준수하여 진행하고 있으며,
업체 미팅과 같이 외부와의 교류가 생길 시에는 참석자 전원 마스크를 착용하였습니다.

학우분들의 이해를 부탁드리며,
그만큼 원활한 사업 진행으로 보답할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

We provide one of your school jackets to 10 winners.

The SNS promotion event will be held from today to October 3rd, the same as the school jacket application period.

This event is for students who purchase the student welfare committee’s school jacket.

Hello, this is Inha University's student welfare committee.

Starting today, we will accept IN(HA)-OUTER school-jacket co-purchase application.
Please read the notice carefully.

1. Application Period

2020.09.28 (Mon) to 2020.10.03 (Sat) midnight

2. Price

Varsity jacket is 38000 won
Topper is 50000 won
Windbreaker is 31500 won
Fleece is 46000 won

3. Shipping method

You can choose between picking up on-site and delivery, and please enter your address on the application form for delivery.

4. On orders of more than two sets

Each application is for a school jacket. That is, if you're thinking of buying 3 pairs, you'll have to fill out the application 3 times.
For those who want to receive the package, please fill out the address whenever you fill out the application for accuracy.

5. Deposit

Regardless of the number of credits you are applying for, please deposit all at once, and the name of the deposit and the name of the applicant must be the same.

ex) Deposit of 50 million won in Hong Gil-dong (deposit name: Hong Gil Dong/Topper 1), deposit of 69500 won in Kim Cheol-soo (deposit name: Kim Cheol-soo/Varsity-jacket 1,Windbreaker 1), deposit of 96,000 won in Lee Young-hee (deposit name:Lee Young-hee/ Topper 1 Fleece1), etc.

6. Exchange and refund

Due to the nature of the joint purchase, it is difficult to get a refund after the order has been placed,
and it is not possible to exchange it simply because of a change.
When you select the picking up on-site, you can exchange the goods on the spot if there is inventory left on the site.
In the case of receiving parcels, the operation committee inspects and sends them on its own,
but in case of defective products, please contact us separately and we will entrust the A/S to the company.

7. Guidance on schedules and final lists

After closing the application on October 3rd, we will complete the list and confirm the deposit on October 4th
and hand over the order to the company on October 5th.
If you don't deposit money until the time you have to hand it over to the company,
you will automatically be excluded from the application list even if you fill out the application form.

8. Comprehensive Order Method

ex) Kim In-ha. When ordering one windbreaker, one fleece,
Fill out one application for windbreaker -> Fill out one application for fleece -> Deposit of windbreaker + fleece amount
