This May 1st, we celebrate the unity that connects our alumni across the world.

From Geneva to Abu Dhabi, from Almaty to Italy, our graduates continue to build careers in international organizations, education, and diplomacy, while carrying forward the values they developed during their time at the university.

No matter where life takes them, they remain part of one shared story.

At the LDP Forum, we proudly recognized the mentors who supported our program throughout Spring 2026 🎓

This season, 31 mentors dedicated their time, knowledge, and experience to guide more than 60 students on their professional journeys. Their support went far beyond advice — they helped students grow, gain confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their future careers.

We are truly grateful for their commitment and contribution to the development of our community.

From Almaty to Austria ✈️🇦🇹

I recently had the opportunity to take part in a specialized training in Austria focused on Alumni Relations. The program brought together 24 representatives from different universities, all working with alumni best practices across 17 countries 🌍

It was an incredibly valuable week of networking and benchmarking with leading European institutions 🏛️
I was inspired by how others approach alumni engagement, and at the same time proud to share the KIMEP experience on an international level.

I’m back with many new ideas and perspectives on how we can continue strengthening our global alumni community.

We are growing, learning, and evolving for our graduates. Let’s build the future of KIMEP together ❤️

APEC Training Center is a leading innovative training center engaged in preparing highly qualified workers of all levels for the oil and gas, mining, construction, and other industries.

Alumni Catch-Up Day was filled with meaningful conversations and inspiring ideas✨

During the meeting, alumni discussed what leadership should look like in today’s world, explored the idea of creating the KAEF closed club — a space where members can support and be useful to each other

They also learned about exciting startups launched by alumni and KAEF scholarship students, and shared ideas about the future development of KAEF 🚀

It was a great opportunity to reconnect, exchange experiences and strengthen the community💜
