คณะเกษตรศาสตร์บูรณาการ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จัดโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนิสิต/นักศึกษา (Short Term Exchange Program) ประจำปี 2569 เสริมสร้างประสบการณ์และความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ
คณะเกษตรศาสตร์บูรณาการ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จัดโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนิสิต/นักศึกษา (Short Term Exchange Program) ประจำปี 2569 ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรยูนนาน (Yunnan Agricultural University) สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติจงชิง (National Chung Hsing University) สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) ระหว่างวันที่ 9–23 สิงหาคม 2569 เพื่อส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านวิชาการ วัฒนธรรม และประสบการณ์ระหว่างนิสิต นักศึกษา และคณาจารย์จากสถาบันอุดมศึกษานานาชาติ
ในช่วงที่สองของโครงการ ระหว่างวันที่ 16-23 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ กรุงเทพมหาคร ได้ศึกษาดูงานและเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตและนักศึกษาจากนานาประเทศได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการทำงาน เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม งานวิจัย ตลอดจนศิลปวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาของประเทศไทย โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิมพ์พินันท์ สมทรง ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิมสิริ ติยายนและบุคลากรคณะเกษตรศาสตร์บูรณาการ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ร่วมเดินทางและดูแลนักศึกษาตลอดกิจกรรมศึกษาดูงาน
คณะผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้ศึกษาดูงาน ณ บริษัท ข้าว ซี.พี. จำกัด (โรงงานข้าวนครหลวง) จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยเข้าเยี่ยมชมห้อง Command Room ห้องปฏิบัติการ (Laboratory) และสายการผลิต (Product Line) เพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการบริหารจัดการ การควบคุมคุณภาพ เทคโนโลยีการผลิต และการแปรรูปข้าวในระดับอุตสาหกรรม
ศูนย์วิจัยข้าวปทุมธานี กรมการข้าว เพื่อเรียนรู้ด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาข้าว ตลอดจนองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตและการพัฒนาข้าวของประเทศไทย
พิพิธภัณฑ์จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และ พิพิธภัณฑสถานธรรมชาติวิทยาแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ องค์ความรู้ และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ผ่านนิทรรศการและแหล่งเรียนรู้ของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมทั้งเยี่ยมชม นิทรรศน์รัตนโกสินทร์ เพื่อเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และพัฒนาการของกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์
นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้รับฟังการบรรยายจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุวิทย์ กิระวิทยา ซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรสังกัดภาควิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มาเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Workshop on IoT in Agriculture” และ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธวัชชัย เตชัสอนันต์ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Workshop light in Agriculture” ณ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย อาคาร Gewertz Square เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม พร้อมเข้าร่วม กิจกรรมการทำช็อกโกแลต (Chocolate Making Workshop) ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตและนักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง และเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ อาหาร และการเพิ่มมูลค่าผลผลิตทางการเกษตร
อีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญคือการเดินทางไป จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เพื่อเยี่ยมชมโบราณสถานและสถานที่สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ เรียนรู้เรื่องราวของกรุงศรีอยุธยา ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของไทยผ่านประสบการณ์จากสถานที่จริง
ปิดท้ายด้วยการเยี่ยมชม อุทยานธรรมชาติวิทยาสิรีรุกขชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และการใช้ประโยชน์จากพืชอย่างเหมาะสมและยั่งยืน รวมถึงการเยี่ยมชม สถาบันโภชนาการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อเรียนรู้ด้านโภชนาการ วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาหารกับสุขภาพ ซึ่งเป็นองค์ความรู้ที่เชื่อมโยงกับภาคการเกษตรและระบบอาหารอย่างเป็นระบบ
กิจกรรมศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ช่วยให้นิสิตและนักศึกษาจาก จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย Yunnan Agricultural University และ National Chung Hsing University ได้รับประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย ทั้งด้าน การเกษตร เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ โภชนาการ ประวัติศาสตร์ และวัฒนธรรมไทย

Faculty of Integrated Agriculture, Chulalongkorn University Organizes the 2026 Short-Term Exchange Program to Foster International Learning Experiences and Academic Collaboration
The Faculty of Integrated Agriculture, Chulalongkorn University, organized the 2026 Short-Term Exchange Program in collaboration with Yunnan Agricultural University, People’s Republic of China, and National Chung Hsing University, Republic of China (Taiwan), from 9–23 August 2026. The program aimed to promote academic, cultural, and experiential exchanges among students and faculty members from international higher education institutions.
During the second phase of the program, held from 16–23 August 2026 in Bangkok, participants took part in a series of educational visits and hands-on learning activities. These activities provided students from different countries with opportunities to gain firsthand experience and learn about operational processes, technologies, innovations, research, as well as Thailand’s arts, culture, and local wisdom. Assistant Professor Dr. Pimpinun Somsong together with staff members from the Faculty of Integrated Agriculture, Chulalongkorn University, accompanied and supervised the students throughout the study visits and activities.
The participants visited C.P. Rice Co., Ltd. (Nakhon Luang Rice Factory) in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. During the visit, they toured the Command Room, Laboratory, and Production Line, gaining insights into management processes, quality control, production technologies, and rice processing at an industrial scale.
The group also visited the Pathum Thani Rice Research Center, Department of Rice, where they learned about rice research and development, as well as knowledge related to rice production and the development of Thailand’s rice varieties and industry.
In addition, participants visited the Chulalongkorn University Museum and the Chulalongkorn University Natural History Museum, where they explored the University’s history, academic knowledge, and natural resources through exhibitions and educational resources. They also visited the Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall to learn about the history, arts and culture, and development of the Rattanakosin era.
Furthermore, the participants attended a lecture by Associate Professor Dr. Suwit Kirawittaya from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, who served as a guest speaker for the “Workshop on IoT in Agriculture.” They also attended a session by Associate Professor Thavatchai Tayjasanant, Ph.D, who delivered a lecture on “Workshop: Light in Agriculture” at the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, Gewertz Square Building. These sessions provided opportunities for participants to exchange knowledge and experiences in science, technology, and innovation.
The program also included a Chocolate Making Workshop, allowing students to learn through hands-on practice while connecting knowledge in science, food, and agricultural value addition.
Another important activity was a study visit to Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, where participants explored ancient sites and historically significant landmarks. Through firsthand experiences at these locations, they learned about the history of the Ayutthaya Kingdom, Thai arts and culture, and Thailand’s cultural heritage.
The program concluded with visits to the Siriruckhachati Nature Learning Park, Mahidol University, where participants learned about biodiversity, natural resources, and the appropriate and sustainable use of plants. The group also visited the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, gaining knowledge in nutrition, food science, and the relationship between food and health—areas of knowledge that are closely and systematically connected to agriculture and food systems.
These educational visits and learning activities provided students from Chulalongkorn University, Yunnan Agricultural University, and National Chung Hsing University with diverse and valuable learning experiences in the fields of agriculture, technology and innovation, food science, natural resources, nutrition, history, and Thai culture. The program also strengthened academic and cultural ties while fostering international collaboration and mutual understanding among participating institutions.
