Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunity | The IDEA Project
The IDEA Project is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our interdisciplinary team. This role is designed for a scientist who excels in both high-level laboratory environments and complex field operations.
The Role
The successful candidate will lead molecular research and diagnostics initiatives within the framework of the IDEA Project, bridging the gap between theoretical molecular frameworks and practical field applications. You will be responsible for overseeing experimental design, diagnostics training, advanced genomic analysis, and on-site data collection.
Core Requirements
• Education: A PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a strictly related biological science.
• Laboratory Expertise: Proven proficiency in molecular techniques (e.g., NGS, qPCR, etc).
• Field Experience: Demonstrated experience in field-based research, environmental sampling, or clinical field trials.
• Analytical Skills: Strong bioinformatics or statistical proficiency for processing complex biological datasets.
