The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) was pleased to be represented by Dr. Asanga Ranasinghe, Director, PIM, as a Keynote Speaker at the Sri Lanka Retail Forum 2026, organised by the Sri Lanka Retailers’ Association (SLRA).

Held under the theme “Retail Without Boundaries – Building the Next Growth Engine,” the forum brought together over 500 senior leaders and decision-makers from Sri Lanka’s organised retail sector and allied industries.

Dr. Ranasinghe shared his insights on customer experience, brand leadership, trust, loyalty and consistency at scale, contributing to an engaging programme of thought-provoking presentations and panel discussions.

PIM congratulates the Sri Lanka Retailers’ Association on a well-organised and insightful forum and appreciates the opportunity to contribute to this important conversation shaping the future of retail in Sri Lanka.

Exposure Visit of EMBA Qatar Batch 2025 in Sri Lanka

Executive Master of Business Administration 2025 batch had a two-day exposure visit in Sri Lanka. They visited the English Tea Shop and conducted an in-depth case study analysis on Mixing Sustainability and Mindfulness: The Journey of the ‘English Tea Shop’ as an Alternative Organisation. They also had detailed discussions on case learning and leadership challenges in emerging business arena.
