Introducing GV Lavan, the Immediate Past President of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the living proof that Gavel never stops. As a dedicated leader and our guiding light, he constantly lifts us to greater heights. 🏛️

Though he has officially passed down the Gavel, his influence echoes in the legacy he left behind, setting a standard that continues to inspire us. In between posting aesthetic pictures of food, dancing his heart out, and pitching wild yet brilliant ideas, he continues to look out for everyone around him, always ready to lend a helping hand. 🤝

He stands as a testament that one can be deeply kind yet unshakeable in their passions despite any challenge. A heartfelt thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for the Gavel UOC family. ✨

Introducing GV Sai Harini, the President of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the nexus of our club. A true visionary who leads by example, she brings a perfect blend of wisdom, grace, and relentless determination, guiding us into a beautiful new dawn. 🌅

Her profound words and commanding stage presence will make you pause and listen to every second of her speech. As our biggest hype-woman and ultimate pillar of support, she has ideas for days; if you’ve got any questions, she has the answers. 💡

She tries her best to stay patient and focused when steering us away from our daily chaos, but if you distract her with dogs, chocolate, or a Taylor Swift song, even she can’t resist joining in on the fun. ✨

Introducing GV Aarabi, the Vice President Education of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the marquee educator who brings every educational meeting of Gavel UOC to life. She is a true culmination of rhythm, music, and articulation. 🎭

She entices ears and conquers stages through her soulful singing and compelling presence. She might intimidate you at first glance; however, deep down, she's got the heart and hymns of an angel. 🎶

A haven of ardor with wit, she'll make you laugh for days and be shocked for ages. A renaissance woman who never fails to awe-strike with her talent. ✨

Introducing GV Dulanji, the Vice President Membership of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the powerhouse behind our membership experience. She may be small in stature, but her sass, attitude, and unmistakable aura are anything but small. 🔥

With a hardworking nature and an unwavering sense of responsibility, she makes sure everyone feels at home in Gavel. She might occasionally look like she’ll delete your entire existence, but underneath it lies a sweet and deeply supportive soul. 🥹

When she is off-duty, she can be found lost in a world of fictional Wattpad romance, preferably involving werewolves and dramatic tropes. Just remember to keep the spice far, far away. Small frame, big personality, bigger heart. ✨

Introducing GV Shihla, the Vice President Public Relations of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the incredibly hardworking, talented head of our propaganda department. 🖌️

She has the outward appearance of an angel with a hidden chaotic imp inside; when you look up the definition of a ‘night owl’, you’re almost guaranteed to find a picture of her in the results. Her avoidant habits instantly evaporate the moment work presents itself, and she is strictly go, go, go until the job is done. 🏃🏽‍♀️

Our resident insomniac who makes us all worry about her health, and a pyrotechnics expert who delivers both posts and roasts with a bang. ✨

Introducing GV Dakshan, the Secretary of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the definition of prim and proper. Sharp, articulate, and always put together, he brings a level of polish to everything he does, right down to the vocabulary he casually drops that sends everyone reaching for a dictionary. 📚

Give him a chessboard and watch him go quiet in the most calculating way possible. A strategist at heart, he approaches board games with the same precision he brings to, well, everything else. ♟️

And when he speaks, the room listens. Eloquent, composed, and impossible to out-argue, he's proof that being smart and being sharp with words go hand in hand. ✨

Introducing GV Yeran, the Junior Treasurer of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the guardian of our vault. When he isn’t handling responsibilities, you’ll probably find him somewhere between anime, Comic Con, Pokémon cards, and whatever new piece of brain rot has taken over the internet. 🎴

Despite his questionable choice of hobbies, he is incredibly hardworking, committed, and dedicated. A friendly, approachable soul with just one tiny flaw: if he walks right past you as if you are nonexistent, don’t take it personally. Just yell his name, because he genuinely didn't see you. 😭

Treasurer by title, anime protagonist by spirit. ✨

23/09/2026

Introducing GV Vihanga, the Sergeant-at-Arms of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the official Securer of Doors and Bearer of Gavel Assets. He is the definition of cool, calm, and collected, someone who always gets the job done, no matter what. 🔫

A blend of astuteness and copious amounts of brain-rot humor, he truly is a walking contradiction. He is the quiet type at first, but slowly converts into a permanent resident living in your head rent-free. 🧠

The original "rage-baiter" who will gladly remind you of every skill issue, his relentless banter is often overshadowed by his caring and chill nature. ✨

Introducing GV Bhairavi, the Editor of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the wordsmith who turns writings into stories behind the digital pen and paper of our club. The responsible type at first glance, she never shies away from a caption, though can't say the same for lab report deadlines. ✍️

She'd smite you with the pen that is mightier than the sword, captivating through each text and style. Drenched in intellect, catalysed by the peer pressure of judgement day: exams. 📚

A gamer girl at heart who may "fall" in love with a mountain or two. She is the definition of a surprise bomb of culture and internet humour. ✨

Introducing GV Sachala, the Webmaster of Gavel UOC for the term 2026/27, and the mastermind behind our screens. Often clad in black with an unmistakable "unc" aura, he brings a quiet confidence, an editor’s precision, and a photographer’s eye to our digital world, turning ordinary moments into something special. 📸

An ambivert at heart, he might happily retreat into his introverted corner, but put him around people who match his vibe and suddenly, the conversation is flowing. Whether he's building websites or tinkering with software projects, he is always looking for ways to become a little better than yesterday. 💻

Quietly building, constantly evolving, and always genuine. ✨
